a/b testing flexibility is my fav

Pros

One thing I really appreciated how Reply ties into Hubspot and the extra flexibility to dispatch steps either as replies to the earlier email, completely standalone messages or BOTH. It also simplifies A/B testing, letting me effectively wring out every ounce of overall performance from a campaign.

Cons

Although the integration makes it easy to track and keep Hubspot our CRM up to date, Reply still functions as a separate platform, so I have to be meticulous about mapping and syncing the right HS fields to ensure both systems register responses correctly. That said, Reply provides email features Hubspot lacks, like the flexibility to choose between sending messages as replies or as completely separate emails and I need to monitor updates to avoid mismatches.

Personalized photos inside the email body

Pros

I really value the sequences and the automatic personalized photos placed directly inside the email body

Cons

Occasionally the app seemed kind of glitchy and I am not completely certain whether that's truly happening or just my imagination

Good campaigns but has issues

Pros

For my workflows, it handles email campaigns automatically and shows me which sequences are performing consistently better than the others.

Cons

One issue I run into is that many companies use three or more different email formats, so I am often left guessing which format to pick for a contact. Because of that uncertainty it isn't very precise and I end up with bounced emails fairly regularly. Also, the Reply Chrome extension can be flaky sometimes it stops working and I have to remove it and reinstall it repeatedly. On top of that, when LinkedIn Sales Navigator updates their site, automated campaigns won't send unless I view the person's profile which throws off my outreach.

Finds what I need

Pros

The thing I love is the interface as it's user friendly and makes it simple to locate exactly what I need and whenever I reach out their support responds incredibly quickly.

Cons

At the moment I don't have any issues to report. when something does crop up I get in touch with support and I genuinely feel they listen, take the feedback seriously and frequently end up adding those suggestions to their roadmap.

Linkedin leads, then discovered more

Pros

From my experience, Reply.io offers excellent lead-generation tools. I am a fan of its email features, LinkedIn automation and more. Initially I sought something specifically for LinkedIn leads, yet over time I tried several of Reply's other capabilities and ended up using them regularly, so I'd definitely recommend the platform.

Cons

I am not inclined to call anything here a deal-breaker, though I would like services like this to offer a longer free trial so I can evaluate features more thoroughly. All things considered, I think it's the best offering and definitely worth giving a try.
