“Shaves huge time from outreach
Pros
Although I am not in a traditional sales role, my media relations job basically functions like one and demands tons of personalized outreach. Reply lets me craft and send tailored pitches to specific contacts without the tedious copying and pasting I used to do. That streamlining shaves off a huge amount of time from my workflow and makes reaching out to targets much less of a chore.
Cons
The only real thing I'd change is stronger reporting features as sometimes I crave more detailed analytics natively in the app. That said, I can easily export the exact datasets I need and stitch together the reports outside Reply, so it's a easy workaround that doesn't derail my work.

Pros
I am fairly new to email automations and whenever a sequence hasn't worked for me the support team has been fantastic. Each time I have encountered a problem running a sequence they jumped in to assist and Ivan stands out for being very thorough and patient while we worked through my issues.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints. compared with ActiveCampaign, I find this program noticeably easier to use.

“linkedin imports are smooth
Pros
Their live chat support is incredibly responsive. Importing contacts from LinkedIn is pretty smooth too and I can drop them straight into sequences without hassle. The interface feels very user friendly too and easy to use.
Cons
It would be great if I had the ability to tick off several manual tasks at once and have those actions automated, because currently I cannot batch-complete them.

There aren't many drawbacks that bother me but I wish the lowest-priced plan would allow signing in to multiple accounts having that option would make the value feel much stronger for smaller teams.
