Easy navigation and detailed statistics

Pros

The interface is easy to navigate and the pricing feels reasonable. I also like being able to view detailed statistics for every outreach channel.

Cons

There aren't many drawbacks that bother me but I wish the lowest-priced plan would allow signing in to multiple accounts having that option would make the value feel much stronger for smaller teams.

Pros

Three months ago we began using Reply.io for our email outreach and honestly it's the most user-friendly tool I have encountered. It has a wide range of features that make handling email so much simpler for us A/B testing, message sentiment checks, reusable templates and more. Their customer support stays responsive and is always there to assist when needed.

Cons

At first I found the campaign setup confusing and struggled to figure out the settings but after a short chat with support the process became completely clear .

I have been really impressed with the customer service and support. they're consistently helpful. On top of that, the platform offers excellent value for the price. Their roadmap is transparent and shows a real commitment to ongoing improvements. I also like that LinkedIn automation can now be fully integrated into the outreach workflow.

Cons

At times I have noticed the platform is missing some features which forces me to invent workarounds. There also aren't a lot of third-party integrations yet with external providers. I am hopeful they'll expand those connections and add capabilities soon.

worst company

Pros

The user interface is okay but not the most user friendly. They provide a full set of channels for cold outreach,which is nice but when everything is considered, we have decided to look elsewhere.

Cons

They tried to charge us for services we had already paid for. The support team was not only unhelpful in fixing their mistake but was also rude and arrogant. We had a terrible experience and eventually had to dispute the charges with our bank and contact the original reseller. Overall it is a company with very low integrity.

Packed with tons of features

Pros

Reply is packed with features that enhance cold email outreach for sales and marketing. We are particularly fond of the email warm-up tool that improves inbox delivery rates. A major benefit is how it makes emails seem personally written like a direct reply. You can also build campaigns with multiple follow-up sequences to nurture prospects over time.

Cons

It takes some time to learn its specific terms and rules. We also have to be very deliberate about managing our active sequences. Since contacts can't be in multiple sequences at once, we have to carefully track which stage each prospect is in to make sure we don't overwhelm anyone.

Very simple to use with an easy interface

pioneer in sales engagement and outreach

Pros

With tools like Chrome extension, Reply is a pioneer in sales engagement. It is one of the most popular platforms for sales outreach and finding lead contact info. Plus it offers multiple ways to connect with target leads including running campaigns, pulling valid email addresses and syncing with major CRMs.

Cons

It is my top tool for lead generation and marketing campaigns. The platform itself runs flawlessly but the subscription cost is quite high and I really hope they consider lowering their prices.

An excellent and reasonably priced tool

Pros

to be honest, this is an excellent tool for salespeople. Also it is great for sending post-call follow-ups and the price is very reasonable for the quality we get.

Perfect customer service

Pros

The customer service is a perfect 10. They are constantly rolling out product improvements and notify us about each one with emails and webinars. We book at least two meetings every week thanks to�its�automated sequences and AI-powered copy suggestions

Cons

Well I would like the Chrome extension to function more like ZoomInfo, automatically filling in the missing details from the profiles we find.

Offers a huge range of features at a low cost

Pros

For a really reasonable cost, you get access to a huge set of tools. The fact that it includes almost unlimited email, a CRM and outreach automation in one place makes it an incredible value.

Cons

The Salesforce integration had a major flaw as it failed to properly link contacts to their accounts. This created a lot of orphaned contact records in our CRM. We probably could have configured it correctly but it would have taken longer than our trial period allowed.

Great multi-step campaigns

Pros

I love being able to create multi-step campaigns that use calls, email and LinkedIn. Plus the tracking features and email customization tools were particularly useful.

Cons

We faced a few technical issues initially but the team was proactive in fixing them and provided great support when we needed it.

Reliable but slow chat support

Pros

Their chat support is reliable in a way that they eventually answer all questions but it is rarely on your timeline. Also there is no option to pay for phone support or faster help which makes it feel like a budget service for those who cannot access more premium support tiers.

Cons

There is no option for premium phone support. Like we cannot speak to a sales rep or anyone in accounting or billing which suggests the entire operation is offshore.

No technical support available

Pros

It handles CSV file imports smoothly and helps me solve all specific problems I have which is very important for my daily workflow.

Cons

I ran into some clear software glitches and sent a detailed video to support showing the problem. I was told that monthly subscribers do not get technical help and that I would need a quarterly plan. So they refused to even look into the issues I reported.

Simple prospect research with quick support

Pros

This tool makes it simple to find and research prospects on LinkedIn. Also it provides pre-written templates for our outreach emails and the support team is incredibly quick and helpful. We can also run sequences across multiple channels, so our targets are reached everywhere. It is also easy to send emails from various addresses and the platform is very simple to use.

Cons

One thing I do not like is being forced to use my work email for sign-up. I would prefer to use any email I choose. It also needs more built-in connections with different CRMs.

Pros

excellent for segmented emails

Pros

The best feature to me is the ability to rapidly send out targeted bulk email campaigns to specific audience segments.

Cons

The most frustrating part is that when we add a contact to a new list, it gets removed from the old one which messes up our long-term reporting.
