“Good but not better than others”
Pros
The customization options are great and I love how the calendar shows all upcoming appointments with staff assignments clearly. I also felt that the mobile app runs smoothly and makes it easy to stay connected when I am on the go. Also I like having full control over access levels for office staff and technicians across the web, app and text features as it gives me exactly the flexibility I need.
Cons
One drawback is that it is not seen as a major CRM so many marketing companies don't integrate with it. The home dashboard is very basic as we cannot customize it and there are no colorful charts or graphs for a quick view of business performance. It also has missing key reports like conversion rates and month to month comparisons. On top of that you can only add one contact person or email per entry, which feels really limiting.

“Flexible CRM”
Pros
The customization options are extensive and the calendar view makes it simple to see all scheduled appointments along with staff assignments. The mobile app works smoothly and is really handy. I can easily control what level of access office staff and technicians get for the web platform, mobile app or text features.
Cons
Since it's not considered one of the major CRM platforms, I've found that many marketing companies don't offer integrations with it. The home dashboard is pretty basic, you can't customize it and there's no colorful charts or graphs to quickly see how your business is performing. The reporting capabilities are limited too, missing things like conversion rates and month to month comparisons that I really need. Also frustrating that you can't add a second contact person or email to customer information.

“Costly and Not Impressive”
Pros
As someone who has been using this for a while there's honestly not much that stands out to me personally. Our franchisor does like the routing features when we are scheduling appointments, though thats not really unique to this platform.
Cons
Serviceminder.io user interface feels really outdated and slow both on desktop and mobile. When I am trying to create billing proposals, the formatting options are extremely limited and the quotes that come out look like they are from 2005. Plus the whole system is not user friendly at all and honestly for what we are paying, there are much better alternatives out there.
