Pros
It is very helpful for building and monitoring the customer's journey through every phase, from initial lead generation all the way to the final stage of the customer lifecycle and it's flexible enough to be adjusted when needed.
Cons
A frustrating issue I've noticed is that multiple functions can be changed by people other than the lead owner and that freedom sometimes causes data to become confusing or even misleading.

Pros
It stands out because of its tidy, interactive interface. The reporting and analytics are comprehensive yet easy to use when I need to check details. I also find that it connects smoothly with other Zoho tools such as Zoho People and Zoho Cliq making workflows very smooth.
Cons
So far I haven't found any real drawbacks or things I dislike about Zoho CRM.

Pros
Moving to a comprehensive online business software suite has been a major benefit for me. Zoho's all-in-one collection provides every application that meshes smoothly with my workflows. If I want extra capabilities, they're all available there as well.
Cons
One downside I have noticed is some features are restricted to the paid tier like filtering and layout adjustments.

I like the lead management and contact management features, the real-time notifications pop up instantly and there are very detailed options and fields.
Cons
However when I raise a support ticket it can take a long time for them to respond, the support team sometimes takes several days to get back to me which is frustrating because certain problems demand an immediate reply.

“Amazing interface but tedious setup

I'm genuinely pleased with how amazing the platform's interface is. Moving around the system was smooth for me and that simplicity routinely helped our team pull up the information we needed without issue. There are plenty of customization options available and by using them we were able to build a bespoke setup that matched our SOP documents exactly. After working with a number of other CRM products, I noticed many of them don't offer this kind of flexibility. On top of that, Zoho CRM's solid integration capabilities were an extra advantage that made our workflows more connected and efficient.
Cons
The initial setup and customization process struck me as fairly tedious. While I understand the effort pays off over time, I would love to see AI features that could take a prompt and handle much of that configuration automatically in future releases. Also, the sheer number of features was overwhelming at first while I was getting familiar with the platform.

Pros
What I appreciate is that it lets me tailor workflows to fit our processes and it provides detailed reporting that helps me forecast sales. It can also estimate how my sales will trend and give a good idea whether I'm on track to meet my targets or not, among other things.
Cons
Overall I am satisfied with the product and found the customer support and implementation process smooth but I do think the pricing is high given the set of features we actually receive.

“frustrating and incomplete solution

From my experience, Zoho One's breadth of applications is handy and I often can find a tool that addresses my requirements at least at a basic or surface level.
Cons
I find the user interface wildly inconsistent between apps and the labels and seem to change all the time. Support has been terrible, I've had to explain problems repeatedly and even walk support through diagnosing fixes myself. Many apps are incomplete with odd feature gaps that force awkward workarounds or make some tasks impossible to accomplish.

the customization capabilities are top-notch. I can tailor fields exactly to my company's requirements and in my day-to-day role I frequently handle configuring and customizing various modules.
Cons
Sometimes we run into technical glitches. It doesn't happen often but every now and then users, including me at times, can't access parts of their work, like campaigns.

Its simple yet powerful tool that also includes inventory management and several accountability tools, what I really like is that the system supports end-to-end transactions inside the CRM itself, letting us handle everything from purchase orders to delivery notes and invoices without switching platforms.
Cons
What I disliked is that it could do more to integrate with additional e-commerce leaders , for example Dukaan and Flipkart because the deeper its partnerships with major marketplaces, the more visibility and recognition the platform would gain.

What stands out to me is how smoothly it links with other Zoho products and external apps which saves a lot of time. Because it's so smooth to set up and use, it really helps me manage my customer support work as a virtual associate. The layout is interactive and I can tweak it in many ways so I've started reaching for the tool much more often than before since it fits my workflow comfortably.
Cons
I wish the AI features were not just for the expensive plans. On my basic subscription, I don't get any of those smart tools. I am also limited by how many custom fields I can create and I don't get the best support. Sometimes it feels like I can't really make the system fit my needs or get help quickly when I need it.

Cons
A video tutorial showing how to set up reports and dashboards would be really helpful because as a fresher I find it quite difficult to prepare reports without step-by-step guidance.

Interface is friendly and easy to use and it supports multiple integrations which helps, our BDEs could add and manage accounts and sales without any effort and I like that I can set up custom dashboards for reporting.
Cons
I notice the dashboard can be slow to load at times, the mobile app is not very user-friendly and purchasing individual licenses quickly becomes expensive for my team.

After I create a lead, if someone else has entered the same name information a duplicate lead is generated and there really should be a clear notification in place to prevent that.
