“perfect for tracking leads
Pros
It is great at handling the flow of leads. Because it lets us create detailed reports, I'm able to follow up on leads and see precisely what stage they're in , for example whether they've been called, emailed or otherwise contacted.
Cons
I'd like to see a simpler way for new hires to build reports, such as showing all available filters in a dashboard pop-up so they don't have to hunt through menus.

“best for new and experienced users
Pros
One of the features I like most about it, is its dashboard. The dashboard's layout is really well thought out, with headers arranged in a way that even newcomers can get to grips with the system quickly. I also appreciate that I can filter leads directly within the platform.
Cons
Honestly I have nothing to complain about. All in all, I am a very satisfied user.

“Organized with helpful alerts
Pros
I use it to monitor all my clients' and customers' details and it genuinely helps me stay organized. it delivers every single alert , for example when a customer's payment is due and other reminders which allows me to plan my future scheduling and prepare for the upcoming workload.
Cons
One thing I'd like them to improve is the layout. Putting all the important headers in one place would help a lot. Or, giving me the option to create my own folder for the headers I need to see would make things much easier to navigate.

“Always reliable and automated tool
Pros
It delivers a range of business tools and a feature I really rely on is the ability to prepare invoices ahead of their due dates. For me, the system will auto-create and dispatch invoices before a client's software subscription lapses which prevents hold-ups and lets me deliver timely service to my clients.
Cons
there's nothing about it that I dislike. I genuinely appreciate how it consistently delivers better solutions for me every time I use it.

I can run bulk email campaigns with ease which has helped accelerate my sales and grow revenue. As a loyal user, I genuinely value the platform's overall performance and support.
Cons
I'd like them to increase the number of email sets allowed in the bulk email campaign feature since the current limit feels restrictive for my marketing needs.

It's incredibly user-friendly, offering a complete end-to-end CRM experience. It's very affordable and allows a pay-as-you-grow model. I also appreciate the convenience of a mobile app for users and that importing or exporting data is smooth.
Cons
I run into support delays because it uses remote help. This can make fixing some problems slower than I'd like.

“Tidy tracking with cluttered layout
Pros
One thing I like about IT is the "Fields" option that appears at every lead stage. Its filtering features also help me keep track of leads making it smooth for me to monitor prospects and very easy to use.
Cons
the interface has too many headers , they could be merged to simplify the layout and make it less cluttered.

“best for bulk leads & scheduled campaigns
Pros
Having the ability to import large batches of leads and send them all at once is great and I can quickly schedule my email campaigns. Also the system automatically removes duplicate email addresses when we upload our lists which saves time.
Cons
I'm unable to set up automatic follow-up emails which is frustrating. Reminders also don't function effectively for our business when trying to reach clients so we're missing opportunities. It would be far more useful if the platform automatically sent follow-ups to anyone who has not replied to our initial messages.

“Distinct and simple filters
Pros
One of the best features I have found in it is the filtering for Leads, Contacts and Accounts , each filter is distinct and simple to work with. It helps me quickly spot my most recent leads and accounts.
Cons
There is not anything about it that bothers me or that I dislike. I've been using the platform and find it to be genuinely excellent and reliable.

Zoho is interactive nd highly customizable and it's really helped us strengthen how we manage customer relationships. I find the drag-and-drop workflow designer, the clear reporting tools and the smooth integrations especially useful for simplifying our operations. I think if zoho adds these features, it would become a much more complete and flexible tool for businesses in all sorts of industries.

This is one of the top platforms for tracking our sales team across the entire journey from lead generation to closing sales and it has been a huge help.

It helps track leads and lets me assign them to my teammates, I can create new leads or import them via CSV and on top of that we can sync lead sets from a Google Sheet.
Cons

It offers a ton of features and I rely on its ability to let me tailor module fields and layouts to fit my workflow. Being able to quickly push leads or contacts from my Outlook into Zoho is a real time-saver so I end up using it every day.
Cons
It's easy to get overwhelmed by all the features unless I spend time learning how everything works and in my experience the custom reporting tool IS awkward and hard to use.
