Perfect fit for us

Pros

As someone in sales who's used Zoho CRM for the past year it's become the tool I rely on most. What really wins me over is how flexible it is and it's far from a rigid platform. I can shape it around our sales steps, create tailored fields, build custom pipelines and rearrange layouts to match the way we work each day. That kind of personalization keeps my accounts, contacts and deals tidy, reduces clutter and makes it smooth to pull up precisely the information I'm after.

Cons

There's so much in Zoho CRM which is good but the layout can be scary at first. It took me a while to get comfortable using all the tools. I like the idea of automation but setting it up in Zoho is clumsy. The builder is not as smooth as in other CRMs and trying to create more complex automations takes a lot of guessing and clicking. The mobile app is okay for checking things on the go but it feels like a stripped-down version of the desktop. Adding info or using certain features is clunkier on a small screen which slows me down.

great fit but not for small budgets

Pros

In my experience, it lets me tailor modules, layouts and individual fields so they match our specific business requirements.

Cons

The cheaper plans have way fewer features and very limited compared to the more expensive ones.

easy to change but not to connect

Pros

The customer field editor and screen designer are my favorite features. They make customizing everything so interactive and fast.

Easy, tidy and very useful tool

Pros

Its easy to understand and to keep track of leads and their statuses, it's very tidy and includes custom fields that let me segment and filter personally.

Cons

Honestly I don't really have any complaints , it's interactive and consistently does the work it's intended to do.

Very useful... but support is poor

Pros

I use the pipeline system and reports frequently and I find them to be quite useful in my workflow.

Cons

I wish they would improve the customer support helpline number as I often struggle to get help through it.

delivers key features at a great price

Pros

I am really pleased, this product delivers all the key CRM features I need and it does so with a significant price advantage that makes it a great value.

Cons

My perfect tool for daily use

Pros

Affordable and modern solution

Pros

When comparing CRM options, I keep coming back to how affordable it is , its pricing is much lower than most other CRMs yet it still packs a lot of functionality. I appreciate that such a budget-friendly product doesn't skimp on features, everything feels modern and several tools are genuinely distinctive. The interface is easy to use compared with other systems I've tried and I like that it can tie into marketing and sales automation tools so I can consolidate records in one place. To me it includes all the standard capabilities you'd expect from a competitive CRM and its customer support tools make it simple to reach prospects and clients. I use it often for lead generation and I've already linked it with another software package to align our workflows.

Cons

I've run into a few frustrations, mostly around integrations. It would be great if it offered built-in connections to a wider range of AI-driven marketing platforms and some of the popular marketing and sales automation tools so I could monitor everything directly inside it without hopping between apps. Right now I forced to switch tools to manage automation and activity tracking which is awkward. Also, there have been occasions when it unexpectedly glitches or stops working which can be disruptive to my workflow.

great features for a great price

Pros

Its packs of great features, a clean, smooth interface plus lots of customization options that I can tweak to suit my workflow. On top of that, I find it more budget-friendly than many other CRM platforms.

Cons

Every now and then I run into glitches or bugs, though in my experience these issues have been pretty uncommon and don't happen often.

An all-in-one lead management tool

Pros

Its like an all-in-one package that handles everything I need for lead management. From capturing pre-leads to managing conversions, every stage of the lead management workflow is simple and efficient. I integrated it with my website and it works smoothly with the incoming leads. I rely on it every day as part of my regular day-to-day operations.

Cons

One thing I find frustrating about it is that occasionally I struggle to turn pre-leads into full leads which can be a problem.

Affordable and easy

Pros

It's affordable and very smooth to use, I feel even someone using a CRM for the first time could pick it up without issues.

Fantastic but frustrating for small teams

Pros

Overall this is a fantastic package with extensive customization options. I personally put together the CRM for our sales team, setting up all the automations , from website forms to a welcome email and every module and it only took me four days to assemble everything. their support team was really helpful, they joined a remote session and fixed issues directly. My sales team now uses it every day and picked it up very quickly.

Cons

What I dislike most about IT is the limited customization inside Zoho Forms, they really need more flexible options. I'm also frustrated by the poor integration support in the mobile app , as a small business we rely on lots of third-party tools and we couldn't automate many workflows directly with this CRM. Because of those gaps, we ended up having to rely on Zapier to connect things which adds extra cost and complexity.

Feature-rich crm with weak implementation support

Pros

this platform is extremely powerful and packed with many features, in particular, its CRM has been invaluable for maintaining and expanding my customer base, letting me log and monitor every interaction I have with clients.

Cons

One issue for me is the lack of good onboarding support to get the system up and running, I ended up having to hire a partner to configure our account because zoho itself doesn't offer that help and from my experience the partners here in Mexico often don't have a deep understanding of the product.

Hard to use with other tools

Pros

I like that I can access most of Zoho's apps for a single, low per-employee fee.

Cons

Integrations with third-party tools are quite limited and I find it makes using the system a tougher in practice.

Complete but manual journey

Pros

It's invaluable for monitoring a customer's entire journey, covering every phase from when they register as a customer right through to the post-sale support they receive.

Cons

Because it's designed as an administrator tool, I have to enter every update manually into the system since there is no automatic update capability.

Complicated outside integrations

Pros

how user-friendly it is and I appreciate the strong integration with accounting books, analytics and forms, it delivers clear, powerful dashboards and reports and I can make extensive customizations to fit my workflow.

Cons

It becomes quite complicated when I connect it to other applications, the built-in templates are very basic, I often have to write code to create new templates and I've run into numerous glitches within those templates.

customizable but lacks training

Pros

What I love most about it is how user-friendly it is , that really stands out as this product's main selling point. I can customize the dashboard to fit exactly what I need and keep an eye on customer status like recent interactions, how many opportunities are open and which deals are in progress. It helps me manage our sales funnel for upcoming periods and make the right moves to hit our targets.

Cons

There are several things I don't like so I'll call out a few that matter most to me. To start, the app often becomes laggy and sometimes the actions I take or comments I type don't get saved which is frustrating during busy work. I also feel there is not a clear, easy-to-follow training manual for users at all levels from senior managers to frontline staff especially when it comes to advanced features. My team struggled to sync their mobile contacts with the CRM and couldn't place calls directly from the system which would have been a big convenience. These issues make parts of the system harder to rely on day-to-day.

highly customizable tool!

Pros

It lets me customize every parameter to match our needs and I can also build Zoho Sheets directly within it while linking my email account smoothly to keep everything connected in the CRM.

Cons

However I noticed a handful of duplicate deals appearing while we were using it which was annoying to clean up.

My experience with this tool

Pros

Overall my experience with it has been fantastic because it lets me reach customers from anywhere , this platform makes that possible. I consistently get real-time alerts whenever customers engage with my business. Beyond that, I've been able to cultivate truly strong customer relationships, convert extra leads and boost my revenue without much issues. Interacting with customers is so smooth and inclusive now.

Cons

The only real issue I have is that the UI could be more modern and the home screen is cluttered and needs tidying up. I am hopeful that it Plus will address these problems.
