For my small business, it includes everything we require. I'm really pleased with the range of tools and services it offers. It's smooth to use and use. Their customer support has been fantastic. I rely on these features every day and it keeps rolling out new services regularly.
Cons
Interface could be refined a bit to improve usability, despite that overall the application delivers excellent functionality and I find it impressive.

“Smooth leads and pipeline but poor app
Pros
I find creating a lead extremely smooth, I can manage and assign leads very easily using Zoho's sheet view. I'm also able to set up timely follow-ups and sync them with my Google Calendar without issue and the platform helps me estimate pipeline revenue projections.
Cons
On my end, the mobile app is clunky and hard to use, I struggle to use it comfortably.

Pros
actually I have been using it and appreciate the variety of modules,deals, leads, meetings and more, that let me track every single lead closely. The reminders, calendar and their integrations have been genuinely useful. The web interface is smooth and interactive. Their support team keeps things current with regular updates and replies quickly. Setting up integrations has been surprisingly simple to implement.
Cons
the mobile app is not very user-friendly and it's been somewhat confusing to use.

It's very easy to use and it connects smoothly with pretty much any third-party software, I can set up custom automations and there are multiple views and dashboards for tracking leads with the Kanban board standing out as my favorite feature.
Cons
Occasionally I notice a slight lag when applying filters which can be frustrating during quick searches.

It is one of the simplest sales CRMs to use, packed with tons of features, smooth support, flexible segmentation and plenty of other options to tweak. It also integrates really easily.
Cons
Honestly I haven't come across any real downsides, in my experience the CRM is essentially flawless and has not given me any problems.
