Cons
the phone application's user interface overly complicated and it takes me a lot of time to get familiar with it.

“Brings everything together but hard to learn
Pros
It's an a solid, all-in-one platform that really aligns our operations. Its integrated apps make it much easier for me to handle project management, coordinate team collaboration and monitor customer interactions.
Cons
The downside for me has been how hard it was to learn at first, plus there are some missing features that just don't work for our type of business.

It provides an interactive interface along with strong contact and lead management, effective sales tracking, highly customizable workflows and smooth integration across other Zoho apps making it a well-rounded choice for companies looking to manage customer relationships efficiently.
Cons
It's pretty hard to learnit. Some parts of it don't feel very user-friendly. Sometimes it runs slow and I wish customer support was faster and more helpful.

Pros
One thing I appreciate is being able to add leads along with their source details which helps me reach out to customers in a more dynamic, targeted way. I can connect several other pieces of software directly, without relying on third-party vendors. The setup was smooth and didn't demand heavy technical knowledge. It's simple for me to follow up with leads through both email and phone calls and I like that I can customize modules to match my specific business needs.
Cons
Downloading Excel files can be tricky. Also, I think the price should be lower for small businesses so they can grow more easily.

Pros
I find it a great place to consolidate all my customer leads and monitor them across a single platform, overseeing every stage, from generating new leads to updating and editing existing leads as they progress.
Cons
I wish the front end had an activity trail like other platforms so I could see updates for every change as notifications are generated by the system.

It has transformed how I manage my clients making everything ready to go without any problems. I appreciated being able to tweak the dashboards to fit my specific needs quite easily. From one screen I can quickly check the status of my sales leads, project progress and overall customer engagement.
Cons
Although the interface is friendly, I sometimes struggle because learning some of the advanced features takes a fair amount of time and can be challenging.

As part of the team at IIFL, I've found the API-first, end-to-end approach really helped us scale up to an enterprise level. The interface is smooth and user-friendly and SSO is the most convenient login option available.
Cons
setting up the CRM logic needs some technical skills and can't be handled solely by an end user. It would be great if they expanded low-code development areas to make configuration easier for non-technical users.

Pros
I'm really impressed with how it simplifies our sales workflow and keeps everything organized. The customization features in it are excellent, letting us tailor fields and processes to our needs and the ability to connect with other services like email and social media turns it into a single place for customer communication. Handling and tracking all our leads becomes smooth when everything lives on one platform.
Cons
I run into problems after new updates are rolled out and those changes can throw off our established workflows. Support from customer service is also hit-or-miss at times and it doesn't always meet the level of responsiveness or help we expect when issues come up.

I did not find the tool overly complicated, I was able to customize fields, import our data and get my customer management system up and running without too much trouble. I also liked being able to tailor the dashboards to fit how I work. At a glance I can see where sales opportunities stand, how projects are progressing and the recent customer interactions.
Cons
The interface is easy enough but man some of the more advanced stuff is hard to learn. It takes me a while to get comfortable with those deeper features.

Pros
To be honest there is not much I like, the UI is pleasant but because customer support is poor and they wouldn't honor a promotional price, we're gradually stopping use of our other Zoho products too.
Cons
support team is so small and they only wanted to set up calls in the middle of the night for me here in the U.S. It was so frustrating. My whole experience with them has been a huge letdown. I was using three of their products and looking at two more but honestly? I've had enough. I'm not continuing.

“Lots of features but not available everywhere
Pros
this is the best options in the market , very easy to use with excellent Indian customer support. It offers a large number of features and follows solid implementation practices aligned with Indian standards. Integration with tools like Tableau and Power BI is smooth and I use it for recurring roles and internal evaluations to build our core team.
Cons
One thing I don't love is its limited global presence. Also the coding can get pretty complex.

The whole system incredibly easy to manage, the interface is clean and interactive and getting everything set up in Zoho didn't take us very long at all. Their customer support team was also really helpful and quick to answer our questions.
Cons
the customization options are more limited compared to some of those older, legacy CRM systems. It's a drawback if you need to do a lot of tailoring.

I'm not a big fan of how the scheduled follow-ups for clients are set up. I was hoping it would let me push those right into my calendar with reminders so I don't miss anything.

For my team and me, it is a platform that makes it much easier to enter information, open cases and keep track of situations that require coordination across different departments.
Cons
It frustrates me that the app doesn't send notifications. It's great for creating cases, following up and collaborating with my team at different stages but I still need to know what's happening! I get no updates on status, progress or any alerts so I have to check manually and sometimes miss important changes.

it's a solid platform to record and follow all our leads and the entire customer journey, from the moment I add a lead right through to closing the deal.
Cons
I find the management access very limited. We always have to change the lead owner first before someone else can modify or update that record. It's a hassle.

Pros
There are a lot of tools and integrations to cover virtually every business requirement. It's smooth to tailor the platform to our company's needs and overall it's very budget-friendly while delivering a lot of functionality for the price.
Cons
the biggest downside is having to pay for a separate account for every single employee. I've also struggled with their really convoluted API integrations when linking other apps. A lot of features in Zoho Creator and the CRM feel rigid and Deluge just doesn't give me enough scope to build really efficient scripts. I really, really wish the forms were more flexible.
