“Perfect for small teams
Pros
As part of an early-stage team, this app is incredibly simple to set up and smooth to use. For small teams like mine, it really is like the best option. The customer support staff were also extremely helpful.
Cons
It doesn't offer a great deal of customization. When my company grows or if I'm working in a larger organization and want to mold the CRM to our exact processes, it's difficult to make those changes.

“Everything in one place until it's full
Pros
having everything available in a single place, it's smooth, with no unnecessary complexity and I can view the numbers incredibly clearly.
Cons
I can't add a lot of work into it because it reaches its capacity so trying to handle multiple projects at the same time becomes quite difficult.

“Great for scheduling but doesn't connect to other tools
Pros
Love that I can schedule my tasks and reminders for the whole week. The app is persistent and it keeps nudging me until I actually mark everything as done. Perfect for staying on track.
Cons
It is somewhat basic at times and it won't fully sync with my company's quoting tool which limits how well they work together.

Pros
Honestly it's a total morale boost. Seeing my progress with ongoing deals and getting those reliable task reminders keeps me focused and on track. It's a win for my workflow and my mindset.
Cons
the web portal runs very slowly which can be frustrating when I'm trying to get things done.

“User-friendly with many features
Pros
I like how user friendly it is and that it offers many features we can leverage for our business. We've been working with it for nearly two years now and I would confidently suggest it to anyone who relies on a CRM every day. I personally use it on a very regular basis.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems so far and I also haven't needed to contact customer support for assistance yet.

“good for small business but products don't work together
Pros
Working at a non-technical company, I've found that running marketing, operations and retargeting is much simpler and I don't feel the need to invest in a large IT team. In my experience, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho Form and Zoho CRM are solid tools for small and medium-sized organizations. Zoho Analytics seems to improve all the time and I've noticed the support team responds quickly to resolve issues. Zoho Flow gives me fast, customizable automation. Zoho Form is smooth to use, no designers required so any marketer on our team can build forms. it is user-friendly and lets me customize things freely.
Cons
The biggest frustration I've had is that Zoho's support teams don't seem to coordinate across products. For example, when I use Zoho Analytics for advanced reporting on CRM data, features that exist in CRM sometimes don't appear in Analytics and support often just tells me they'll add it in the future. I've seen the same lack of cross-product awareness elsewhere, Zoho Bookings doesn't pull the owner value from Zoho CRM so when clients book meetings the assigned user changes each time because the owner field is not passed through. That kind of disconnect can halt operations and we can't always work around it due to customization limits. Zoho Campaigns is powerful but it has several limitations and becomes tricky to use alongside CRM or other Zoho tools. Analytics also misses a number of data analysis features sometimes it feels too basic to show stakeholders, simple filters like "till yesterday" that exist in CRM are not available in Analytics. And Zoho People has been a real pain for us, it's confusing for both managers and employees.

“easy to use anywhere but reports are basic
Pros
Its very simple to import data, the interface is smooth and easy to use, being web-based means I can access it from anywhere, it includes a solid set of features and it connects well with our marketing tools.
Cons
I think the reporting tools are very basic. The search and sorting don't always work right and managing the list views can be a real pain. Plus, you can't customize things that much.

“User-friendly & helpful for customer relationships
Pros
In my experience, it ranks among the most user-friendly CRM platforms and helps automate everyday sales and marketing tasks. Because I rely on it, it consistently supports me in nurturing solid relationships with customers. The platform offers a wide range of integrations and prompt customer support which really sets it apart from competitors. I turn to this CRM very often thanks to how smooth it was to implement and how simple it is to use.
Cons
To be honest, there is not a specific feature of it that I dislike, however I'd recommend making the workflow module more interactive and user-engaging.

“Very customizable but tricky to start
Pros
What I truely enjoy is the ability to tailor the whole experience for onboarding, customer support and repairs, it's smooth to roll out the various tools available. I depend on it daily at work and I've even hooked it up to my lead-generating NFC band, Linq, for extra functionality.
Cons
I find it somewhat tricky to get the hang of if you don't have prior experience or any guidance which makes the initial setup a bit clumsy.

“best for team and client updates
Pros
Love that I can enable multiple users to interact and update everything in real time. The fact that it also allows for direct outside client interaction is a huge bonus and it aligns everything.
Cons
Sometimes its nearly too large for me to fit all the data in. It still comes across as incomplete even though I've put a lot in.

“Everything works together but too much clutter
Pros
everything lives inside a single ecosystem so I am not hopping between different apps to get my daily work done. The way Zoho products connect so smoothly is honestly the icing on the cake for me.
Cons
Sometimes it throws so many integrations at me that I feel totally stuck. A lot of them are things I don't even need but I still have to deal with them. All that clutter messes with the whole experience for me.

“easy for all users but pricey for big teams
Pros
I find the app very smooth for any user, whether I'm an admin or just an end user and I can roll it out across different industries with only minimal tweaks to the application to suit our needs.
Cons
Personally, I wish the enterprise edition was priced lower given how feature-packed it is.

“support and tools fall short
Pros
It works best when teams are small and you're only tracking basic sales hygiene details. The interface is smooth and easy to pick up so anyone on the team can use it quickly. I also find the documentation clear and helpful for getting started and understanding features.
Cons
Reporting falls short for me. Integrations feel weak , there's no CPQ hookup and the support and onboarding were awful. I've had very bad experience working with their support teams and it made adopting the product much harder than it needed to be.

“Perfect (except for whatsApp)
Pros
It is incredibly interactive and easy to use which I value a lot. Its customization features let me adjust the platform to match our exact workflows making it blend smoothly with our sales and marketing efforts. The all-in-one toolset makes handling leads, tracking communications and analyzing pipelines much simpler. To me, it feels like a flexible, smooth platform that plays a major role in boosting our operational efficiency and growth.
Cons
One drawback for me is that WhatsApp doesn't integrate natively with it, I have to rely on third-party connectors to get WhatsApp working with the system which adds extra steps and complexity.

“good value for small business
Pros
the return on investment and the cost-to-benefit balance it offers is unparalleled. it includes exactly the tools a small-to-medium B2B or B2C company's sales and marketing teams need without loading you with expensive extras. It's very smooth to learn, when new sales reps use it every day, I usually see them get comfortable within a couple of weeks of regular use.
Cons
It is really aimed at small and medium businesses and it doesn't cover all the complexities a large enterprise might need. Customizations can quickly become a choke point and I've had occasions where customer support was somewhat hard to deal with which can be frustrating when you are trying to adapt the system to more advanced workflows.

“simple to customize
Pros
It's very easy to customize. The interface provides a canvas that lets me tailor the user interface with ease.
Cons
I'm disappointed that the Outlook and Gmail extensions are not very practical, it's unfortunate because CRMs and email should integrate smoothly. Once it upgrades those Outlook and Gmail add-ins to be more usable and reliable, I truly believe it will become the leading choice for me and many others.

“Flexible and affordable but can be overwhelming
Pros
From my experience, Zoho One's flexibility and affordability really make it stand out. The all-in-one suite, smooth integrations and flexible interface give our team a lot of empowerment. I appreciate the customization choices and dependable support which make it appealing as a solid option for a variety of organizational needs. It's smooth to set up and we use it every day for sales.
Cons
It offers a broad set of tools, new users can face a noticeable learning curve. Occasionally we face glitches but they tend to be fixed quickly via updates. The sheer number of features can feel overwhelming especially for smaller companies with simpler needs so I recommend weighing these points against its benefits when judging fit.

“Apps work together beautifully
Pros
It is user-friendly. The way the separate apps, campaigns, CRM and even document signing, work together and can be integrated into one smooth workflow is truly fantastic.
Cons
Honestly there's not much I don't like. But if I had to pick something, it's hard for mastering the campaigns and then keeping that whole setup working smoothly with the CRM over time.

“My smooth and easy go-to for leads
Pros
Its very smooth to use and has become my go-to for tracking leads and keeping contacts organized. I also appreciate how simple it is to connect with G2 , just a single click and it's done and their customer support has been consistently helpful making the whole implementation process smooth and problem-free.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about it, I can't think of any downsides worth mentioning based on my experience.
