“Very user-friendly with fast reports
Pros
the product is extremely user-friendly , I don't need any programming knowledge and much of the interface is smooth and simple to use. I also find the reports fast and impressively quick.
Cons
There are features that only administrators can customize which is limiting, otherwise I think it's one of the stronger CRM options and it's reasonably priced.

“terrible service for small teams
Pros
At the outset I assumed it would work well for our small nonprofit, their combined CRM and project management tools looked smooth, integrated neatly and seemed easy for our staff to learn and use.
Cons
I ended up very disappointed with the level of service. We had to replace our Super Admin after a sudden medical crisis but it told us the original account holder must supply specific information to authorize any change something that was impossible in our case. For nearly two weeks I and my team were stuck in repeated back-and-forth communications, requests and denials. Because I wasn't listed as the Super Admin, many of our messages went unanswered and we were prevented from setting either a new primary admin or a backup. Eventually the issue was resolved but only after significant delay, by which point the implementation work had already stalled and the disruption had caused real damage to our operations. Our Super Admin's emergency happened before the setup was finished and we never got enough access to use the platform regularly so the whole rollout failed to deliver the benefits we were counting on.

“Packed with features for a startup
Pros
It's packed with features , it's versatile and smooth to use and I really appreciate that there are mobile apps for both Android and iOS so I can reach my data wherever I am. For my small startup, it felt wallet-friendly and accessible which mattered a lot. The automation capabilities have helped me align routine tasks and save time and the platform's reporting tools give me clear ways to monitor performance.
Cons
Some parts of the system like the reporting and customization options are fairly advanced and I sometimes find them tricky to use. Even though the interface is friendly overall, I needed some time to learn how everything works before I could fully leverage the features and get the most value out of the platform.

“All my apps work well together
Pros
I love that every app is connected together, they actually work well and are genuinely practical for managing my own business as well as supporting my clients' businesses.
Cons
Although it is very user-friendly, I think having more training manuals would be really useful because a proper guide could teach me much more about the apps and what they're capable of doing.

“Puts many jobs in one place
Pros
It brings multiple functions together in one central place so I don't need to juggle several different tools. I can store and organize contacts, track a lead's journey across numerous platforms and generate social media reports as well as broader analytics. I can also push social content directly and schedule posts inside Zoho which saves time. The email campaign side is smooth and user friendly and I find it easy to assign specific rights and permissions to different users when needed.
Cons
I'd like to see more complimentary training offered so users can get up to speed without extra cost.

“Budget-friendly with many modules
Pros
Its very budget-friendly and the rest of the apps we used were similarly affordable. It includes modules like Deals, Offers, Leads, Insights and a lot more which covered most of our needs. The integration process was actually enjoyable and a great learning experience for our team. To prove the concept, we first wrote a Statement of Work and built an MVP on a trial license so we could validate everything. After that, we added it as an Enterprise Application in Azure AD and finally linked our Zoho CRM. That connection used SAML authentication which we found easy to use and reliably secure.
Cons
In our situation the translation capability was the feature we needed most and unfortunately it's only offered on the Enterprise tier and above. That forced us to subscribe to a more expensive plan just for translation, even though we would have preferred to remain on the Professional plan. Ultimately we had no choice but to move up to the higher-priced option solely to get the translation functionality we required.

“A long-time flexible favorite
Pros
For many years I've used it and overall it's been an excellent experience. I am particularly pleased with the mobile app and the flexibility in how it's set up and used really impresses me.
Cons
the biggest hurdle has been persuading our field staff to adopt any new software, including this one. They're not usually eager to try unfamiliar tools so I had to put in quite a bit of effort and follow-up training to get them comfortable and onboard with it.

“easy for beginners with poor support
Pros
the interface is very smooth to pick up and use. The lead tracker was easy for me to set up and it's far less complicated than most CRMs I've tried. It's simple to grasp and ideal for beginners.
Cons
Reaching customer support has been tough for me but I found tons of YouTube videos that answered any questions I had.

“The best platform with many tools
Pros
It's the best CRM platform, it includes many tools like email marketing, marketing automation and customer database management and when I upload contacts I can connect it with our existing systems such as Brevo, etc.
Cons
Overall I'm happy with the product, however I find the subscription costs to be quite high compared to what I expect.

“very bad experience
Pros
ZOHO's software itself is good but the chat support specifically for ZOHO ONE has felt like an absolute nightmare to deal with.
Cons
We are in the education industry. Back in April 2023 we implemented it with only two users and within just six months , largely because of excellent chat support for the CRM , we grew to 91 users. That success led us to move to it so we could roll ZOHO tools out across all our other departments as well. Since switching, however the chat support for it has been very disappointing. The agents often don't seem knowledgeable and their instinct appears to be to end the chat rather than work toward a real solution. Frequently they don't fully read our messages and end up asking the same things repeatedly. When they lack the expertise, they escalate the issue to another team and tell us we'll receive an email even for small, routine issues. This pattern of repeated handoffs and delayed responses has started to hurt our growth and disrupt our workflows. We raised these problems with the team directly but they were not able to provide a satisfactory solution. Because of that, we've decided to drop ZOHO ONE and revert back to ZOHO CRM for our core operations, while choosing other specialized tools for different departments. Based on what we experienced, I'd recommend using individual tools rather than ZOHO ONE so you can get support from experts who know each product well.

“so many tools and tough integrations
Pros
I am a huge fan of just how many apps are bundled into it. Having everything in one place is a total game-changer.
Cons
the platform overwhelming, though I'm gradually figuring things out, integrating it with Microsoft products is not smooth.

“easy to set up but overwhelming for small teams
Pros
It was so easy to set up. We moved from a simpler CRM and had all our old data moved over and working by lunchtime on the first day. Because It connects with other Zoho apps, my team can now do better sales predictions and run stronger marketing projects. It changed everything for us.
Cons
I appreciate all the features and customization options but for my smaller team without dedicated IT support, it feels pretty overwhelming and difficult to manage in practice.

“Great for years but slow and pricey
Pros
I have been using it for the past few years and my experience has been fantastic. The sales workflow in it is excellent and very smooth to use. I am on it regularly because it's easy to use and generally reliable across features. What I appreciate most is the mobile app , it aligns every task. Their customer support responds quickly which I truly enjoy.
Cons
it could use some improvements because certain processes are slow and time-consuming. I also find it pricier than many other CRMs so at this price point I expect a few more features included. Every so often we run into integration problems which can be frustrating when I'm trying to keep workflows moving smoothly.

Pros
the dashboard is the most useful tool I've come across, it's smooth to operate and simple to plug into any existing system and I've had excellent support from a team that assists in every situation.
Cons
It is costly and somewhat hard to use because it includes more features than I need.

“solves big data but needs clearer training
Pros
Adopting it solved our problem of handling a huge database, it lets us filter down to the most relevant leads and align conversations. The system is smooth, affordable and it takes very little time to train our employees.
Cons
Personally I don't have many complaints overall, however if I had to suggest something I would ask for clearer, more alignd training tools and options specifically designed to onboard and support administrators faster.
