“Ability to build custom layouts”
Pros
Being able to build workflows and layouts that actually match our business logic is a huge plus. It gives us the flexibility to set things up in a way that fits how our team really works.
Cons
The pricing could be structured a bit better especially when it comes to the advanced features. Since tools like sales forecasting are pretty important, they really should be included across all plans instead of being limited.

“Works well for daily communication”
Pros
Compared with other software, the interface feels much simpler to navigate. It works really well for emails, support and routine communication so getting things done doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Workflow automation is still somewhat limited at the professional level. The interface could also use some refinement to make the overall UI feel more polished.

“Comprehensive solution”
Pros
it connects well with other applications which makes it a complete and simple solution for my institution. The sales forecasting tool is also very useful because it helps us estimate revenue growth in a realistic way.
Cons
The interface could be more user-friendly so first-time users can navigate it more naturally. New employees usually need some training before they can start using it confidently.

“Smart customer tracking”
Pros
Handling customer relationships with this tool feels simple and comfortable. It automates data entry which normally takes a lot of time, supports regular customer follow-ups and even helps score the most promising leads so they can be prioritized better for stronger results. It's an excellent system for recording and integrating every interaction between the company and its customers into one database and it adapts well to projects of any size.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any real complaints about this tool. It manages customer responses effectively, helps identify the best customers based on their potential and keeps all interactions between a company and its customers recorded and integrated in a single database.

“Up-to-date features”
Pros
The CRM features in this software feel very current and help a lot with managing tasks and getting work completed efficiently. It's an important tool that startups and mid-sized companies should definitely consider putting in place.
Cons
interface can be better. It would be better if the company refreshed the design a bit and made it look more vibrant and stylish.

“Appealing interface”
Pros
The interface is really appealing, it's simple to use and it feels very dynamic. That makes it a solid tool for managing processes with both potential clients and existing customers in your portfolio, whether you need to update information or keep track of follow-ups. I also really appreciated being able to sync the app with my phone and have call records saved automatically within the platform.
Cons
I haven't run into any real issues or drawbacks with how it works although there's always room for improvement.

“Smooth mobile access”
Pros
Running a profitable real estate business becomes much more manageable with this software because it helps keep track of developers, brokerage operations and other accounting-related work in one place. It also connects well with third-party software and apps so handling things from a mobile device is possible too. That mobile access feels smooth.
Cons
Up to this point, I haven't come across any disadvantages with this software.

“One of the first CRMs with a mobile app”
Pros
Been on this platform for years and it has felt right from the start. It's user-friendly, simple and genuinely pleasant to work with. It also stood out early on as one of the first CRMs to offer a mobile app which was a big plus at the time.
Cons
It does feel a bit dated in some areas now although it sounds like another round of upgrades may be coming soon. Nothing is actually broken, I just enjoy seeing frequent updates and improvements.

“Technical support team always assists me”
Pros
It fits most of the needs a company can have and if something is not included in the standard version, it also allows customizations to cover those small specific details that may be missing. It integrates with a wide range of business tools and ERPs and it helps automate multiple processes which reduces workload and improves efficiency. I also have to highlight their technical support because they are always there to help and resolve any questions or issues that come up.
Cons
Even though it supports customization, those changes can sometimes be complex and need to be handled by expert teams, just like integrations with other business software. It has a lot of options and is very comprehensive which can make the learning curve harder for new users.

“Easy to set up and modify”
Pros
Getting started and customizing it is very simple. There's a ton you can do with it and once you understand the basic logic, setting up drag-and-drop workflows and automations becomes very manageable.
Cons
Connecting it with other Zoho products can be somewhat challenging. My guess is that this comes from those products being built or handled by different teams.

“Client-focused CRM”
Pros
It helps build trust with clients while keeping the whole process centered around customer needs. The CRM features are especially impressive, with automation that triggers actions on its own and keeps records updated without extra manual work. On top of that, having constant access to customer data gives a full 360-degree view of their interests and preferences. It also allows us to tailor the CRM based on specific customer requirements which makes it even more useful.
Cons
There's not much to complain about overall. The only downside is that too much customization can sometimes make the CRM feel a bit complex.

Being able to add custom fields that match our business needs made a big difference. The system is very user-friendly and we were able to handle everything we needed with it. Once implementation was finished, reporting became very simple and the workflows ran well across the board.

“Best tool to get started”
Pros
When you're just getting into the CRM world, this is one of the best tools to begin with. You can test all of its features during the free trial which makes it a really good option for learning and exploring what it can do.

Pros
Getting started with this CRM was very simple and it's been an effective tool for helping us build our initial client base.

“Feature-packed product”
Pros
The range of features is something I really enjoy especially how many integrations it supports and works well with.
Cons
Support tends to start by pointing you to an FAQ or self-service article instead of actually troubleshooting the issue, identifying the root cause and then handling it from there. It also takes quite a while to learn and a lot of the modules aren't customizable in a consistent way. For example, I may be able to build a pipeline in one module but not in another. On top of that, becoming truly proficient through their training means spending more on education, rather than having that knowledge included as part of the software.
