Solid CRM that connects well with other tools

Pros

It connects well with other tools in the Zoho Suite and also with Google apps. Plus it is a solid CRM choice for small and medium businesses. Even the interface can be adjusted to fit our requirements and it includes an AI tool for automated suggestions.

Cons

The customer support is somewhat limited and getting started with the tool requires some technical know-how. The access to the backend API, where all the customer and sales data is, is also a bit restricted.

Cons

If your sales process does not fit their predefined model, it can be difficult to customize it for your company's unique requirements. It also falls short when it comes to connecting with other software tools.

Connects easily with other apps

Pros

I appreciate how it connects easily with other apps. We use it to monitor our sales and all our customer communications.

Cons

The support team can be slow to respond and the cheaper plans do not include many features. A lot of the more useful tools are only unlocked with the higher-priced subscriptions.

Simple to make fast adjustments

Pros

It is pretty simple to make fast adjustments or add new data fields to fit what our business needs.

Cons

A few of the pre-made templates and layouts are not very efficient, causing pages to be more stretched out than necessary. It might be due to my own inexperience but I could not find an easy way to fix it.

this is a powerful tool for automation which makes simplifying the sales process easy. It also aids in making better decisions with its great interface and detailed analytics. And I like how it works together with other Zoho apps for a seamless experience.

Cons

the vast number of customization choices can be a bit intimidating for beginners but besides that, I would say it is the top CRM for managing and navigating the sales process.

Cons

The perfect all-in-one system

Pros

It has every kind of module my small company needs. From project management to HR, CRM, online signing, email, calendar, surveys. It's the perfect all-in-one system. My whole team uses it every single day.

Cons

Zoho Projects is not as modern as I think it should be, it's missing features compared to something like�Monday.com.�Also, setting up the CRM was harder than expected. The support team is helpful but they don't always get what I'm asking for on the first try. On the bright side, the Outlook integration was super easy.

My whole business in one place

Pros

What I really like about it is that it brings all the tools I need for my business into one platform. I can handle sales, marketing, HR and project management without jumping between different apps. Having everything work together saves me so much time and keeps things simple. Plus, it's really budget friendly which is perfect when you're trying to grow without spending a fortune.

Cons

Occasionally, I run into slow responses from support when I really need help.

Boosted our revenue

Pros

It is one of the best CRM systems out there with many comprehensive features that are still easy to use. I find it easy to create leads in the system, monitor all their details and track their progress. The analytics are great for getting a visual snapshot of my deals and leads. I can study those charts and make decisions based on them. We even integrated it with HubSpot Sales Hub to make our lead flow super smooth.

Cons

Sometimes the customer support team seems a little less trained and doesn't fully understand my question.

Powerful features but got some usability issues

Pros

Its very customizable. I love that I can change forms, tweak layouts and adjust how I view different modules to fit my workflow.

Cons

A lot of the modules seem to do similar things, but I have to switch to a completely different one just to find what I need for a project. Also, emailing support works but it takes longer than I'd like to get issues fixed

dashboard that just makes sense

Pros

It has one of the best-looking dashboards I've seen. I can customize it so the information I need most is right there front and center. Importing my data was smooth and the customer support I've gotten has been top-notch.

Cons

So far, I haven't had any problems with it.

Comprehensive Business Solution

Pros

the biggest win is the unified platform. It bundles over 45 apps into one place so I can handle everything from CRM to finance, HR and marketing without switching systems. This breaks down the walls between different parts of my business and keeps data flowing smoothly. It truly is an end-to-end solution whether I need tools for sales, email marketing or invoicing, it has it all and everything is designed to work together perfectly.

Cons

switching between so many apps is frustrating sometimes. Since it bundles so many tools, I find myself switching between apps a lot which is not as smooth as some other platforms that feel more all-in-one.

super convenient for integrating apps

Pros

The platform is super convenient. I can integrate all the relevant Zoho apps I use into custom dashboards and analytics reports which gives me a great overview of everything.

Cons

I'd love more guides to help with integrating some of the trickier apps, like Social and Analytics.

It feels really interactive to use and it's clearly designed with the user in mind. Very client-focused.

Cons
