Pros

This is a complete all-in-one suite where the apps integrate simply. It makes it easy for me to manage everything, CRM, accounting, marketing and more from one place. It's efficient, user-friendly and cost-effective.

Cons

It has been perfect for us. It meets all our needs and works simply. Honestly there's nothing I dislike.

Fits my Microsoft flow perfectly

Pros

I love all its configuration options. It's very easy to use and integrates really well with Microsoft 365 which is a big plus for my workflow.

Cons

I wish it would integrate better with VoIP systems like Alcatel Rainbow or with Microsoft 365 apps like Teams.

Convenient All-in-One Office Solution

Pros

Instead of using lots of different programs for customers and daily work, we use just one. This helps us avoid problems, saves us money and keeps everything running well.

works smoothly

Pros

I think this is one of the nicest, most well-designed and frictionless CRMs I've ever used. The user interface is catchy and attractive and the way everything is arranged just makes sense. It feels like it's built for anyone to use.

Cons

The registration process was time consuming for me. It took hours to sign up because, for some reason I was not receiving the one-time password even though everything was fine on my end.

efficient solution

Pros

It's very easy to pull together all the important info for a specific client. It's got everything, the contract details, personal info, all of it.

Cons

It is not the easiest to pick up when you first start using it and sometimes I have a hard time remembering where to find specific information.

smooth CRM

Pros

I like the integrations and plugins and the setup and day-to-day use are super easy.

Cons

Powerful reports but hard for beginners

Pros

We can create reports exactly as I need them. I make reports to track leads and accounts. Everything is linked together so I have all my data in one place. I can use the filters to get the data just how I want it which makes my work way easier like seeing how many calls I need to do which leads converted, the revenue and overall performance. Plus, their customer support is very polite. It also integrates very well with other Zoho platforms.

Cons

The least helpful part of it is how complex it can be for a new user. it's lacking in email campaigns and the mobile app is not great, it has limited features compared to the web version.

Your daily lead control hub!

Pros

It's most helpful for tracking our daily leads, managing follow-ups and scheduling calls with our clients. It's easy to send an email, make a call and find my tasks for today or see what's overdue. It covers everything.

Cons

There's nothing I really dislike but when I schedule a call back for a client, it makes me enter the call duration manually after the call ends.

Excellent CRM for Customer Management

Pros

As a sales engineer working with lots of different customers, It has truly changed how I handle customer relationships. The interface is incredibly interactive so it's easy to find what I need without any issues.

Cons

I am using the free version and there are a lot of contacts in there that I didn't register myself.

Pros

This is the single platform where you get all the useful and required applications you need to run your business smoothly. It's a cost-effective solution and you can customize it to fit your business needs. I also like that I can access it through the mobile app.

Cons

Sometimes I run into integration issues with other applications. Its like a lot of features overlap and support response times can be delayed.

Cons

There was a lot of processing to do while recruiting using Zoho Recruit.

Flexible tool with comprehensive features

Pros

It is a comprehensive and flexible tool that helps me manage customer relationships better, increase sales and align our business processes. It's easy to use though it does take a little time to get used to all the functions. Having all relevant customer info like interaction history, notes and opportunities, in one spot makes managing and accessing data so much easier. It lets me automate tasks and improves team collaboration which cuts down on the time we spend on admin work. It helps with decision-making because the reports and analysis are based on real business data. Getting a complete view of what customers need and prefer helps me offer better service and keep them loyal.

Cons

It takes some time to get used to and master all its functions even though its pretty easy. It also needs a stable internet connection to work properly since it's cloud-based which can be a problem in areas with poor connectivity. And you might not find all the third-party apps you want to integrate.

Flexible, rich and easy to connect

Pros

this is very flexible and feature-rich. I can easily maintain deals and manage my pipeline. I can keep detailed records for every customer, like their past order history and projected sales, even long-term value if you set it up right. It's easy to integrate with other platforms and implementing things is simple with workflows running in the background. their customer support is prompt and always available to help. We use it every single day in our organization.

Cons

Personally, I don't find any downside but I believe it could be very helpful if it generated more thorough daily reports of KRAs. That way, we managers or owners wouldn't have to design reports pulling from various parts of the system.

All-in-one dashboard!

Pros

It helps me keep track of my daily tasks, deals, leads everything. Having all my dashboards in one place gives me a great overview of my stats and saves me a ton of time.
