“Perfectly simple for small business
Pros
I find it user-friendly especially for a small or medium business like ours. The interface is friendly so managing contacts, leads and sales processes is efficient. But I will say some of the advanced features like the Zia AI assistant and customizable dashboards can take a bit to learn especially when you're setting up for a bigger team.
Cons
Honestly I don't think there's anything about it that I dislike.

Pros
What stands out for me is the customer support, the sheer number of features and how often I find myself using it, it's a daily thing.
Cons
No cons so far. Its a solid collaborative platform and it handles employee admin, mailing and HR stuff in one place which is different from others.

Pros
My organization uses Zoho CRM daily. It's our main tool for storing and retrieving data and sharing it with teams located in different states. We keep huge amounts of data which can be up to a few lakhs of contacts.
Cons
Nothing at all. There's nothing in this tool that I dislike.

“Great integrated solution for most needs
Pros
I love that it provides a ton of software tools that replace many others I was paying for separately. The subscription costs me significantly less than all those others combined. It's my CRM, my form/survey tool, my campaign manager, my mailbox, an invoicing system, an e-signature system (which I didn't even have before) and I recently found its social media hub. It seems like whenever I have a new need, I just check if itcovers it and more often than not, the answer is YES! Plus, all the tools are integrated with each other so I don't need Zapier anymore.
Cons
It seems like each tool has its own separate support team so tracking down an answer is a challenge. Sometimes chat support is there sometimes it's not. I'd really like to see some consistency here.

Pros
It's very interactive, the support is quick and the using it is easy. It has loads of features and various options to help with business decisions. The implementation was easy and I use the system daily.
Cons
the creativity is lacking and the dashboard looks a little outdated. It also is not integrated with any other systems yet and it's stand-alone for now.

“easy start with great help
Pros
Zoho CRM's interface is super easy to use. I can easily customize my dashboard with the features I access most. I use it to manage my leads and contacts and to track sales. I rolled it out company-wide in less than 15 days because their support team and resources respond to any questions so quickly. We've integrated the CRM with Slack and Google Cloud for easy collaboration and reporting. The contact management is excellent and helps us follow up with potential customers and nurture leads regularly. My team uses it every day and we're all really pleased with the system.
Cons
One downside I've noticed is that the Enterprise version is very high priced. Plus, a lot of must-have features are only available in that edition.

It's one of the cleanest CRMs I've used. It's friendly and very easy to use.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that it does not let me create my own sheets like the option Gmail has. I wish it had that feature.

“Simple to connect but needs a fresh look
Pros
The best part of it, is how easy it is to integrate. Connecting Zoho and JustCall, for example, is so easy and a real time-saver. It's also very simple to update.
Cons

The dashboard view and UI are very user friendly. I get to see all the important metrics in a single view.
Cons
Some pages take a long time to load, the overall browsing speed could be better. In sales, speed is key and we've had to be patient with Zoho's slow loading. Also, customer support could be faster and it's not the quickest to respond.

Pros
It is very simple to use yet it consistently produces strong and reliable results. I also really value how easily I can plug it into other apps and workflows.. the integrations are smooth and well-supported making it a flexible part of my tech stack rather than a standalone tool.
Cons
I wish it would give me a heads-up or make a suggestion when I accidentally create duplicate items, that would save me a lot of cleanup time.
