This software makes managing customer information refreshingly simple and delivers reliable, real-time updates through an easy, user-friendly interface. I also value how adaptable it is as I can tailor fields, workflows and modules to suit the specific needs and nuances of whatever sector or client type I'm working with making it a truly flexible solution.
Cons
Honestly I don't see any real downsides. It's affordable and we can adjust it to fit our business needs pretty easily.

It is ridiculously easy to use honestly. The interface is so smooth and interactive it just gets you. Zero difficulty level which is a game changer.
Cons
It can be pretty slow sometimes and often takes forever to load on our office Wi-Fi but that might be a problem on our end.

“lead management function is frustrating

Its all-in-one collection of applications that work smoothly together which helps me align various business operations in a single location. The depth of customization in several modules also lets me tailor the platform to suit different company requirements.
Cons
Lead management has been frustrating for me. it makes you fill in a 'Last Name' for every lead even when I'm only entering company details so I end up using buggy workarounds. I mostly collect company-level info and there's no clean way to store that in the CRM. When I asked for help support was slow and their fix just added more manual steps for me. It kinda defeats the purpose of having a CRM to simplify things.

“has everything but misses basics
Pros
This platform has so many tools and features already built-in to handle most of my everyday business tasks. It's really flexible and includes a bunch of handy stuff. But every now and then I am surprised that some simple, basic things are not included. When I do have to tweak the code or change how something works it's a slow, frustrating process. Also customer support is inconsistent and sometimes they help but other times they don't really understand my problem.
Cons
The AI features are not very smart and some basic stuff I expected just is not there. I'd also love a better way to hide or simplify features so my team is not overwhelmed. Right now it's harder than it should be to give them a clean interface.

“No lag no confusion..just smooth workflow
Pros
Getting around is so smooth, there's no lag or confusing menus. And being able to organize all my info so easily is a huge win, everything just stays right where I put it. Makes everything so much less stressful.
Cons
sometimes it runs slowly but I can live with it.

Honestly it's the easiest thing to use. Super easy to use and I love how I can customize everything and organize my info without any issue. The dashboards are excellent, clean, powerful and just make sense.
Cons

It offers many modules that I find essential to our operations. The tight integration between modules gives us a one-stop solution for our business workflows. I work with email marketing, campaign management and customer records management on a daily basis in Zoho.
Cons
A lot of the emails I send through it end up in recipients' spam folders.

What I appreciate most about it is how user-friendly it is and the smooth integrations which make staying on top of customer relationships and using the system often entirely simple.
Cons

For me the CRM's most important feature is its flexible, smooth user interface and I love that it also works well on mobile devices.
Cons
I'm not a huge fan of some of the font choices sometimes but that's honestly the only thing I dislike. I know everyone's taste is different though.

it's the best tool for keeping a solid database of leads, the calling feature works well and helps remind me to make calls on schedule while ensuring I keep up consistent follow-ups with my leads.
Cons
I find it slow to load content and the whole workflow feels kind of complicated so it's hard to grasp at times. Plus it needs regular upkeep and if I don't keep up with maintenance, the performance really drops.

What I like most about it is the analytics reports and the range of dashboard statistics I can build to see how my performance looks over any chosen time period. It gives me clear visibility into trends and helps me to self-reflect while also keeping tabs on how my peers are performing. The task pop-up is genuinely useful since I hardly get time to check emails, it reminds me of what I need to do right when I'm working in the CRM. The multiple integrations with Google Calendar, Meet and JustCall are another major advantage because they simplify everyday work and cut down on switching between apps. I've been relying on it for a good while now, using it roughly five days a week and I find it easy to use and supported by a reliable help team.
Cons
It bothers me that when I open a lead it shows way too much stuff. There are so many empty or useless fields it feels messy. Other systems only show you what you need which is much cleaner. Zoho's cluttered view makes it hard to see the important info.

Beyond the CRM itself the entire Zoho Suite brings plenty of additional useful modules that I can connect to the CRM when appropriate and overall I like having a variety of different apps centralized in one place.
