“No lag”
Pros
It delivers reliable real-time CRM performance without lag. It stays available consistently and keeps the connection stable.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about. It does disconnect once in a while but even on slower internet it still tries to maintain a stable connection.

“Friendly and patient staff”
Pros
The app is simple to navigate, offers a wide range of reports and the client service and support have been consistently very helpful.
Cons
It still lacks a few features I need to better match my business needs. For example, the invoice templates need more customization and payroll can only be processed on preset schedules instead of being done manually.

“Accessible CRM for team use”
Pros
Being able to access it from anywhere is a big plus. You can upload details about different customers and your product information and the team can pull it up whenever they need it.
Cons
Building custom modules can be somewhat challenging when you need them to work in a very specific way. That said, the standard modules are very solid.

“Connected tools that save time”
Pros
Having my calendar, email and tasks tied together in Zoho makes everything much more convenient to manage and access in one place.
Cons
The overall layout and visual design could be better. It often takes a few workarounds to get items to display properly on my calendar and on other employees' calendars.

“Good value for the price”
Pros
It offers good value for the price and comes with a full range of integrations. It helps keep track of leads, contacts, pipeline activity and a lot of other useful data points in one place.
Cons
Getting it set up does take a bit of time although it's still not as demanding as many competing tools. A few parts of the setup process also felt less user-friendly than I would have preferred.

“360-degree coverage”
Pros
Something that stood out was the 360-degree coverage the suite provides. For a startup, it has the potential to handle almost every admin need, from email setup and a capable online productivity suite similar to Office, to internal chat tools like Slack, plus the CRM Zoho is best known for, along with HR, recruitment software and more. A few of these actually perform quite well especially the CRM and email.
Cons
It tries to bundle too many tools and features into one suite and as a result, it doesn't fully deliver on many of them. Several apps feel unfinished such as the recruitment software, while others are just overly complicated. Because of that, those tools often end up being used very little which makes the overall cost of the suite feel harder to justify.

“Monitors customer interactions”
Pros
Keeping track of every customer interaction has been really convenient. Updating details like phone numbers, status and documents is simple and the automatic email response feature is a really nice addition.
Cons
I'd just suggest improving the calendar and invitation feature in Zoho CRM.

“Packed with integrations”
Pros
Coming from being a heavy SalesForce user before joining a newly launched company, I spent time comparing several CRM options and was really impressed by how much Zoho offers. It has all the features and extras I was hoping for, along with a wide range of integrations and customization options.
Cons
Much like SalesForce, Zoho can take some effort to set up and isn't the simplest system at the beginning. Still, if you invest the time and focus early on, it can turn into exactly the system you need.

“Affordable features for less price”
Pros
At just $29, you get access to most of the features which makes it a very affordable option.
Cons
The pricing becomes less appealing when you want to bundle it with Invoicing or other apps since you end up paying twice.

“Real-time visitor insights”
Pros
Its fantastic being able to see, in real time, who is visiting our website and which country they're coming from. That visibility has given us a lot of useful data about when site traffic is at its highest and when it drops to its lowest points.
Cons
It isn't very user-friendly at first and it took us about a week or so to get everything set up properly and feel comfortable managing Zoho.

Pros
There wasn't a single thing I enjoyed about this software. It kept crashing all the time, the plugins hardly functioned and the support was awful.

“Wonderful functionality”
Pros
It is incredible how much functionality it offers. We use several Zoho products and they all connect well with the CRM. Between Zoho Projects, SalesIQ, Campaigns and Desk, it gives us a really solid way to manage every part of our customer communication in one system.
Cons
User management tied to the subscription can be frustrating and the pricing feels fairly high. There also isn't a lighter access option for our internal IT support team to view production data for troubleshooting. They're limited to the sandbox unless we pay for a full license which doesn't make much sense for occasional access.

“Handy integration across Zoho apps”
Pros
Having Zoho One means I can use a wide range of apps all in one place which is really convenient. The integration across Zoho apps is genuinely useful and it also connects well with third-party software. Being able to customize the apps to fit our needs is another big advantage.
Cons
Learning Analytics, Deluge and Creator is manageable but it does take a fair amount of time. It would help a lot if the webinars and videos were recorded and archived online for on-demand access especially since the live webinars aren't available in my time zone.

“Quote requests can be imported automatically”
Pros
After trying several CRMs, Zoho has felt much more user-friendly than most of the others we tested. That matters a lot for a small business like ours, where we don't have the extra time or budget to assign someone solely to managing the CRM. Being able to connect Zoho with our livery software is a huge plus too since quote requests can be imported automatically and converted into leads. It saves us a lot of time.
Cons
An area that can be frustrating is lead management and scoring which sometimes feels a bit awkward. When a new lead comes in, you can't simply add it directly, you have to create a contact first. I can see the benefit of that because it keeps the information stored properly but it would be much faster if users could enter the full lead first and then click a button to create the contact and transfer everything over in one step.

“Perfect if you're starting out”
Pros
If you're just getting started with a CRM for a small business and don't need everything a full-scale platform offers, this can be a solid fit. Since we already use Zoho Mail for our business account, the built-in connection between mail and the CRM has been especially useful. A lot of other CRMs tend to cater more to Gmail or Outlook so that integration is a real advantage. Our primary reason for using the CRM is sending trackable emails and it does that well once everything is in place. The database functions, tracking tools and Zoho Mail integration have all been valuable too. Setup was a bit tricky but we were still able to get emails sent and tracked successfully. One challenge though, is the email formatting and the extra steps needed to keep messages from landing in spam.
Cons
A major issue we ran into was getting CRM emails to avoid the spam folder and it took quite a while to sort out. Based on what others mentioned in community forums, Zoho CRM email setup can be finicky when it comes to sending properly. I had to run several tests before Outlook would reliably accept my messages, even after correctly configuring the SPF and DKIM records. On top of that, the email formatting options inside the CRM feel pretty limited unless you're using prebuilt templates.

“Great at generating prospects”
Pros
Lead management feature stands out. It does an impressive job of generating prospects, qualifying leads and even nurturing them along the way. I also appreciate being able to customize the data to match my brand and the interface is clear and simple to understand.
Cons
There are occasional delays when uploading files especially larger ones. Aside from that, it has been a reliable CRM tool overall.
