simple connections with manual automation

Pros

I've been satisfied with how well it integrates external software like Apollo.io across different industries and canvas setups making connections smooth and useful for varied workflows.

Cons

One issue is that the automations are not turned on by itself. I have to remember to run them manually which defeats the point.

excellent automation with simple design

Pros

I work with custom data objects and find its automation capabilities excellent. The UI/UX is well designed and provides a interface experience. It's simple to use. Built-in email support schedules tasks and reminders for meetings and calls so I can follow up promptly. Agents provide good feedback and quick responses.

Cons

I just want one place for my calendar and tasks and I want to be able to change more things.

smooth automation but sticky advanced settings

Pros

I can link a lot of devices and automate processes in a very flexible way. It makes everything smooth and painless to set up.

Cons

When I try to use the fancy features it's not very user-friendly. I often get stuck on the small setup details.

Highly customizable with slow support

Pros

customization features are excellent and I can also create an open task to set reminders when needed. It's simple for me to integrate it with a variety of third-party applications. For example, I've linked Zoho with Seamless.Ai and ZoomInfo without issues. I use it daily to keep my lead records current and I regularly import leads from SalesNavigator into Zoho by exporting them. The overall implementation and integration with other data sources were smooth and I didn't face any technical problems. Their customer support is highly responsive and I find the system very easy to use.

Cons

Getting help from support is sometimes slow and confusing.

Helpful guide with awkward design

Pros

It is helpful for managing the customer journey at every stage from creating a lead right through to the final stage of the process.

Cons

The design is not very smooth so it's awkward to use. Also because parts are still being tested (in "beta"), the sales process has some missing pieces.

good for small biz but not efficient

Pros

I find it smooth to use and administer, I barely needed outside assistance to get the CRM set up. It offers a generous selection of modules and features that let me handle many of tasks. I also like how flexible it is for tailoring the front end and which fields appear and configuring user permissions is smooth. Overall I consider it a very solid tool for mid-sized businesses.

Cons

A few big things bug me: I can't make calls from the app or link my phone number. Email syncing is just okay. To build my own automations I usually need to know how to code. I can't get a simple list view of things. And the meeting scheduler is a mess and needs fixing.

Effective once you learn the layout

Pros

For data management it's seriously both effective and efficient. Everything is organized, accessible and runs smoothly, no headaches.

Cons

Hype is real but a bit tricky

Pros

It has become one of the tools I reach for most and honestly I understand the hype. The interface looks modern and is genuinely easy to use whether someone is seasoned with CRMs or just getting started, the layout and design make it simple to get up to speed without constant hand-holding. One thing I appreciate is how much you can customize. I've added modules, configured workflows and set up real-time automations to match how our team actually works instead of shoehorning our processes into a rigid system. The integration options are another big win, Zoho plays nicely with alot of other apps and services and when I connected it with Mobiant it noticeably smoothed several parts of my workflow. On top of that the analytics and reporting is like the strongest part of the product , in my experience it's the most capable analytics tool I've used, offering insights that actually help inform decisions rather than just producing charts for the sake of it.

Cons

Can be frustrating. The basics are easy but trying to master the whole system is overwhelming, it's harder to learn than I thought. It also slows down a lot when I work with big files or during busy times which is annoying. The help guides are okay for simple topics but when I need answers for specific problems, they're often missing. Getting help from support is slower and tougher than I'd like.

Simple to manage & limited tool

Pros

Well it is a lot easier to handle and manage the customer journey in a simple, smooth way from creating a lead to managing everything end to end.

Cons

It annoys me that only the lead's admin can delete or change tasks. There should be a way to share those permissions with others on the team.

super organized but sometimes confusing

Pros

the best thing about it is how smoothly it keeps everything organized. Its like having an ultra-tidy notebook where all my contacts, their details, key notes and my to-dos are neatly arranged. I rely on it to jog my memory about follow-ups and it even gives me reminders for important dates so nothing slips through the cracks. On top of that, the interface is very interactive and pleasant to use, kind of like messing around with a fun app on my tablet.

Cons

There are so many buttons and features that I sometimes get lost trying to figure out what to do next. It can also run slow like waiting for a slow game to load. And since it only works online, if my internet is bad or goes out, I can't use it at all.

Manage student data easily

Pros

I can manage my student data easily as I'm able to enter the information and keep all records tracked in one place only and features such as tasks, open activities and deals really make my work much easier.

Cons

I can use it fine on my computer but the phone app doesn't have nearly as many features as the desktop version.

Pros

this has been an excellent CRM. I really love that we can bring the whole business onto a single platform. Plus, the interface is super user-friendly!

Saves time but misses some apps

Pros

automation is what makes modern sales run smoothly and it stands out here. I can set up repetitive actions like email follow-ups, task assignments and appointment scheduling which gives me back valuable time to focus on building relationships and closing deals. Plus, the workflow automation allows me to design custom workflows tailored to my specific business processes, helping ensure consistency and accountability across our sales team.

Cons

It connects to a lot of popular apps but I still find gaps. Sometimes I can't connect it to more specialized tools I need for my industry which is frustrating.

Pros

I am impressed by how user-friendly it is and it offers a great set of features for tracking contacts and it's smooth to implement across most businesses.

Cons

no cons so far. I like that it has so many features that most businesses can use it and it's really easy to connect to other apps. I also like that you can import lists from spreadsheets.
