Pros
Right away, BetterCloud impressed me with how smooth the workflows run. It comes with a strong set of features and capabilities that really improve both the efficiency and overall effectiveness of working in cloud-based environments.
Cons
Even with all the benefits BetterCloud offers, the app integration range still feels like an area that could be better. It supports major cloud platforms like G Suite and Office 365 but expanding the number of available integrations would make the product even more functional and attractive to a wider group of users.

Pros
Customer service has been top tier and the platform also gives us really granular admin access for front-line IT support. The workflow setup is another standout feature and has worked out fantastically for our team.
Cons
Some domain syncs only run once or twice a day. It's not a deal breaker but I'd definitely prefer them to happen more frequently.
