Pros

It's super easy for the recipient to open encrypted emails. On our side the software is simple and easy to use. Wee tried a lot of encryption services and this one is the best.

Cons

I dont have any major complaints, just a couple of things on my wish list. First SMS support is available only in the UK right now, and I did like to see it in the US. Second, adding a signature block for the online version would be helpful especially since we use Outlook 365 instead of the desktop version and there's no signature integration.

It would really help if the software could remember email addresses I have previously sent to so that Mailock could work in the background while I am using the Outlook site.
