Znode Features
Multi-Store E-commerce
Znode helps businesses manage multiple online stores all from one platform, making it easier to oversee different brands, regions, or sales channels. Each store can have its own unique design, pricing, and product selection while sharing inventory and order systems behind the scenes. This setup is especially useful for companies that operate in various markets or serve different customer groups without juggling separate platforms.
Headless Commerce
With a headless commerce approach, Znode separates the front-end shopping experience from the back-end commerce system. This allows businesses to build custom storefronts using any technology or device, creating a more tailored experience for customers. It also makes connecting with other software smoother, helping companies stay flexible as their needs change.
Content Management And Brand Experience
Znode includes tools that let teams easily create, update, and publish product details, marketing content, and promotions all in one place. This helps keep branding and messaging consistent across all stores without needing extra content systems. Marketing teams can quickly make changes to keep the shopping experience fresh and aligned with current campaigns.
Enterprise Site Search
The search function in Znode is designed to handle large product catalogs efficiently, using advanced features like filters and synonym matching. This helps shoppers find what they’re looking for faster and more accurately. A smoother search experience can make browsing easier and encourage customers to explore more products.
Built-In B2B Features
Znode supports a wide range of product types, from standard items to bundles and virtual products, accommodating many B2B needs. Pricing can be customized for different customer groups, currencies, or even individual buyers, allowing for more personalized offers. Features like quote management and approval workflows help simplify complex B2B sales and make order handling more accurate.

“They have a clear product vision and prioritize customers”
Pros
It is easy to work with and the backend tools are simple and user friendly. Also they have a solid roadmap and seem to be actively developing the platform to compete with the big players by adding more standard features. The headless design will become even more useful as we continue to evolve our technology and digital presence.
Cons
There are a few key features missing that would be nice to have. But since they are a newer company, our development partner was not very familiar with the platform which led to some reasonable delays during the implementation process.

“Decent tool”
Pros
Drew Shoe Corp needed a major upgrade for our eCommerce platforms and Znode helped us update all our platforms across five brands. Plus the websites are easy for our customers to navigate and the template is simple for our marketing team to update. Moreover the backend feeds orders directly into our ERP system which frees up time for our customer service team to focus on customer care.
Cons
I noticed that there are some basic reports available which are fine but we'd like more detailed ones for our staff to view. But we are working with Znode to expand the reporting capabilities.

“I love it”
Pros
It just works, never crashes and requires minimal maintenance. What more could I ask for?
Cons
Having the right integration partner is very important. They need to be familiar with both your business and the software you are integrating with. Most of the issues we faced were related to a third-party integration partner.
