Overview

ChiroUp streamlines SOAP notes, scheduling, billing, and patient education in a single system. However, outcome tracking depth draws mixed feedback. Still, the patient app, clearinghouse links, and clear ChiroUp pricing help clinics evaluate and speed routine revenue tasks.

ChiroUp Features

SOAP Wizard And Clinical Notes

A guided SOAP workflow draws from research-based content, so providers prefill findings, maintain consistency across visits, and limit clicks. Clinics standardize documentation for audits while preserving clinical detail and shortening charting time during busy schedules. These ChiroUp features focus on speed and clarity.

Patient Education And Home Exercise

Condition reports and tailored exercise plans are shared through a mobile app with videos and progress capture. Patients receive clear instructions and submit quick surveys between visits, giving providers feedback to adjust care plans without extra phone calls.

Scheduling, Intake, And Reminders

Front desk staff book and reschedule appointments, collect intake on a kiosk, and send reminders that reduce no-shows. A centralized calendar improves daily flow and keeps check-in data consistent across encounters for cleaner documentation and billing.

Billing, Claims, And Payments

Integrated connections support eligibility checks, claims, ERAs, and card payments. Linking billing to charting reduces double entry and speeds remittance posting, which helps staff keep revenue tasks on track with fewer portals to manage.

Reporting And Financial Visibility

Built-in reports summarize collections, payers, and service categories. Clinics identify trends in utilization and revenue, then adjust scheduling or programs accordingly. Clear segmentation of billable versus non-billable items sharpens financial decisions.

helpful patient tracking

Pros

Keeping up with patient progress has been really valuable and I also enjoy being able to learn something new from the journal articles every day. It's also nice that patients can review our services.

Cons

The only thing I'd really like to see is integration with Janeapp so I can use both platforms together.

time-saving reports

Pros

Having the patient's initial report of findings paired with exercises saves me a lot of time.

Cons

I'd still like to see more diagnosis options for extremities and it would be better if treatment frequency and duration could be enabled as an option instead of always appearing by default and needing to be turned off for every report.
