Incredibly affordable

Pros

Jane is incredibly affordable and it delivers more features than I ever expected it would!

Cons

It does not offer a way to store and quickly review X-ray images which was a major limitation. As a chiropractor who routinely takes X-rays of my patients that missing capability was really important to me.

Simple booking system with easy integration

Pros

Its a simple booking system that I was able to integrate into my website with very little hassle.

Cons

I have not run into any problems setting up this tool for my clients or when using it myself.

user-friendly software

Pros

It was an excellent piece of software to begin with. I really liked how user-friendly it was, the quick-to-learn notes feature was excellent and it worked very well for our smaller initial patient roster.

Cons

After reaching a certain capacity and beginning to refer and co-treat more patients, we realized the notes needed to look more professional. We needed to send them to other providers like practitioners, massage therapists, functional medicine clinicians and acupuncturists in a format that was easier for them to read and simpler for us to produce.

Huge range of features and best team

Pros

The software offers a huge range of features, helps me stay organized and keeps my whole team aligned and moving our workflows forward. Plus Jane's team is truly the best!

Cons

Personally the redesigned timesheet still feels rough around the edges. So I expect it will get better with future updates.

Very user friendly interface for customers

Pros

Using it, I find the interface very user friendly and it gives customers the convenience to schedule and update their appointments in just a few clicks.

Cons

I ended up having to remember a separate login for each clinic or facility that used this tool and I could not sign in with a single account to view every appointment across different businesses.

Really simple!

Pros

It is really simple to use, it keeps improving over time and it handles tasks quickly and efficiently.

Cons

There is not much I dislike. I just wish there were more colour choices and stronger options for customizing flags.

user-friendly and easy

Pros

Jane is incredibly user-friendly and genuinely easy to use and the templates are simple to follow and really easy to customize to fit my workflow.

Cons

It is on the expensive side and at times it feels loaded with features such as bells and whistles that seem intended for big clinics rather than smaller practices.

Best EHR software for chiropractors

Pros

From my experience, Jane is the best EHR software system for chiropractors and I find their customer service excellent as well.

Cons

I do not have any major complaints about it. The few glitches I've come across were fixed promptly and professionally by the support team every time.

Much more readable and useful interface

Pros

I find the interface much more readable and useful and I can access it easily from anywhere.

Cons

A really good EHR

Pros

I find Jane very easy to use. When I joined the office two years ago, I was pleasantly surprised at how user-friendly it is, especially since i had already been using it for a few years.

Cons

There isn't an actual app available yet, and there is no option to communicate with patients via text at this time which is a problem for me.

Pros

Pros

I like how easily I can navigate the platform. Its simplicity and comprehensive features show that it really caters to the requirements of our business.

Cons

It can use some tuning but great anyways

Pros

It's easy to use and learn. I've been using it and really enjoy its functionality.

Cons

The online booking feature for clients is excellent. However, sometimes clients book appointments with multiple providers and attend only one. There should be a pop-up or alert to prevent booking the same appointment with multiple providers, as this is unfair to others trying to book. While this issue affects only a small percentage of clients, it has occurred a few times. It would be helpful if there were a warning that clients can only book one appointment at a time or at least a caution about booking multiple appointments with different providers.

Love their services

Pros

The platform works well and meets most of our needs. It's simple but what stands out most is the exceptional help/service. I always receive a prompt response from their support staff who go above and beyond to assist.

Cons

It does not easily handle taking retainers on an account and I think they should work on it.

Pros

Whenever I have an issue, I can call the Help Desk or use the Chat feature to get assistance and they are always helpful which is great.

Cons

Jane offers some helpful training videos, but they are quite basic. I did like to see more in-depth content. If you are responsible for training employees on Jane, do not rely solely on the videos instead use the Jane Demo Clinic for hands-on practice.
