The team behind Jane App has thought of everything, they offer extreme flexibility in terms of customization and outstanding functionality in daily use. I love how well it has integrated itself in my medical practice. It truly is a one-stop shop for me and my team. With simple features like automated appointment reminders, intuitive invoicing and reporting to keep track of my top clients, Jane has easily become my only assistant in the office. I consider it to be a crucial part of my practice and would recommend Jane app to my fellow healthcare providers.
For someone who is not an industry specialist, I had a difficult time wrapping my head around the HIPPA compliance element of determining which information is HIPPA compliant and which is not. The lack of clarity was quite confusing. I was in constant contact with a Jane App representative which I thought knew everything but it turned out I was wrong. Thankfully, the management of Jane App is very cooperative and they assigned a professional who sat with me to discuss the issues and devised a training plan and even a workaround.

It has a great copywriter. I love that everything is worded so kind and supportive. Thats why I choose Jane I had experience at other practices with them and they were straight forward easy to use.
So this past year I worked really hard and started up my own private practice. And after a year of completing many treatments with clients I had one that made a false credit card claim. This should have been fine as we had the sessions. And Janes software should have enough proof to support that the client paid, logged in attended each session for months and made full progress. After dec - mar Jane support sent me multiple different people and couldnt help. It refunded fully from my account all the money to the fradualent claim. Would not supply supporting logs, or evidence of sessions that were had. ane support team stated it couldnt do anything to support me aside both help me or stop the client from getting my money. As multiple bank draws were "refunded"/ came out and went to the client harrassing me before I could stop them or defend myself.

Jane App Software is great for keeping my business organized and running smoothly. One of the best things that I have done is the switch from the old school paper-based system to Jane app. My life has improved a lot due to the numerous features offered by the software. From patient management to online booking, every feature works perfectly and does the job which, earlier, consumed a good amount of time and energy. In addition to this, the billing feature offered by the application has saved me from the manual efforts of keeping a track record of all the finances. It feels as if Jane is the new digital secretary and an accountant both.
The only thing that I found lagging about the software was the patient communication issue. There is no feature in the software that lets you connect with the patients, so, I have you use other external mediums to communicate with my clients. Every time I have to communicate with them, I have to do it separately by emailing them. Moreover, since I have to keep track record of all of my communication with the patients and their records; I have to copy all the emails and save them as files manually into the software to keep track. This gets very time-consuming and is an extra hassle.

I have been using this software for the past few months now. I liked the online payment option given by the software. It lets customers pay you online through their credit cards. The feature proved to be very helpful, especially during the lockdown days when you had to isolate yourself. But thanks to this intuitive software I was able to manage my clients via virtual sessions and get paid online. Adding to that, the customer support representative is very supportive whenever you reach out. They are well-guided and well trained to fix your problems or at least point you to the proper department very quickly
The only thing that needs improvement, in my opinion, is the lack of demo time given for a group webinar. I believe that the length of the time should be extended as there is a whole group to deal with. Every person does not have the same pace of learning and a big decision has to be made for a company to shift its entire management process on the software or not. This is the only minor lagging point I felt initially. Otherwise, the program is perfect!

The things I love the most about this incredible software are its simple features. For a self-employed person like me, it gets hectic if you have to keep a record of your clients, and their bookings and do the job from scratch by yourself. Thankfully, not anymore. The easy bookings and reminders feature of the app takes care of my appointments and keeps reminding me as well. Furthermore, the online documentation and billing feature is a cherry on top. So, I can take care of all my clients and the financials through this application, thus saving my time and energy.
While I love the application, I only wish for one thing that should be improved. There is no option to view those clients who have cancelled their appointments. Unfortunately, the system lacks this point. This feature added to the program would be really helpful for professionals like me to make a list of those clients who frequently cancel the appointment as well as the potential clients.

We adore how the Jane app makes learning new software features so simple and natural. This has completely changed how we conduct our medical business. The simplicity of use and the opportunity to claim availability verification on our terms and at our convenience are two of the numerous benefits of online booking. No more playing phone tag and waiting for a callback. Also, it is an incredibly excellent billing feature for receiving payments. Things are easier to keep track of now that they have been streamlined and simplified. The customer-care support staff quickly fixed all of our problems or points.
The software is really valuable for our medical practice. Our team is really happy with the outcomes. But there are some minor issues that need to be sorted out. Like the intake forms, chart notes, and other documents, there should be more options to convert them into PDF files so they can be printed out more quickly. Whenever we required hard copies of our intake forms, the only method was to manually make templates in the Jane app software; we had to recreate them in a word processing document or PDF so we could print them out to match the others.
