Jane in the most clinician friendly patient charting app

Pros

We love the customization options in Jane making it the most intuitive and feature-rich clinical note-taking software weve used. Its easy to use even during busy clinic sessions with customizable templates and quick access to treatment plans. The administrative staff appreciates the automated population of intake forms and contact data as well as the reminder system for appointments.

Cons

It would be helpful to have a search facility within reports and Id really appreciate having more colors to work with on the body charts and sketching.

Pros

As both a patient and a staff member I find Jane incredibly user-friendly. Transitioning from a patient to a staff role was seamless thanks to the clarity and accessibility of Janes interface.

Cons

While most of my experiences with Janes customer service have been positive there were some instances between August and October 2023 where the support fell short. However overall my experience with Jane has been mostly positive.

Really Disappointed

Pros

The platform looks impressive offering plenty of options. I had high expectations based on positive reviews.

Cons

I found it not very user-friendly. When I tried to get help from the chat box I waited all day for a response. Running a business like that is not feasible. I couldnt even set up a demo because the two systems dont communicate.

SMS need to improve

Amazing product and customer service

Pros

The Jane teams responsiveness kindness and exceptional customer service set them apart from competitors. Their willingness to go above and beyond is truly remarkable.

Cons

The only problem Ive encountered is the lack of a feature where clients can book online and request add-ons without increasing the appointment length. For example as a massage therapist Id like to offer Hot Stones as an add-on without extending the appointment.
