“Outstanding customer service”

Pros

I really appreciate the customer support. MO also takes care of sending appointment reminders and follow-ups for outstanding invoices automatically once everything is set up which saves me a lot of time. Another plus is being able to create invoices from different parts of the system especially when remitting since we send invoices out in advance.

Cons

The system can feel a little rigid in how it works although I've gotten used to that over time. The diary is also somewhat complex because there isn't a month view that shows individual clinics so you have to click into each day to see what's going on. It also means you can't quickly tell where a clinic is without digging in further.

“Easy to move about”

Pros

Getting around it is very simple and the support from their team has been excellent as well.

Cons

it still doesn't integrate with external hospital portals such as HMS2 at Spire and Ultragenda at Circle.

“Helped organize my practice”

Pros

Right from the start it has felt very user-friendly and has really helped organize my practice. I no longer need to carry physical notes around and having everything in one place at my fingertips, including scan reports, has been a big plus. I don't use every feature available but I can see myself making more use of them if I were starting over.

Cons

Using the browser back button logs me out. It's a bit annoying because I then have to sign in all over again.
