“Way better than I thought it'd be”

Pros

Everything about this app just clicks. It does not push you to change but helps you understand your habits better. Plus I really like how it is laid out and the lessons are full of great info. Also the way it syncs with my other health apps is quite convenient. The coach feature is also quite beneficial and having a group for support makes a big difference.

Cons

I just wish the app did not require entering three meals a day to hit the goal. Some days I only eat once or twice so it always looks like I did not complete it. So if they made that more flexible it would improve the experience a lot.

Cons

Well I think they could explain their products with more clarity. Some of the details feel weird and not fully spelled out which leaves you guessing about almost everything.

Pros

The weight loss program really worked for me. It motivated me to stay on track and go after my goals. Seeing how others were doing in the same program kept me inspired and made me want to keep going.

Cons

The scale could definitely be improved. As it happened to me many times where it just would not connect to the app properly which was annoying when trying to log my weight.
