Right from the start getting everything up and running felt easy. The documentation is simple and the AI-supported tools help maintain clinical accuracy without taking away from the integrity of the therapeutic process. I've been able to customize templates and build my own forms without much trouble which has made our operations more efficient while keeping our branding and workflow aligned. Clients have really benefited from the automated email reminders and we've seen better attendance and engagement because of them. The development team has also been exceptionally responsive, welcoming feedback, acting on suggestions quickly and showing that they genuinely want the platform to work well for real providers in everyday practice. I'd absolutely recommend this EHR to small businesses and agencies that are just getting started as well as established practices searching for something more efficient, effective and user friendly. It has been a valuable tool for our growth, compliance and client connection. For providers who want a system created by a company that balances innovation with integrity this one really delivers.

Cons

Since the program is still fairly new there have been a few occasions when I needed to reach out for clarification about minor changes. Early on some menu items also didn't function quite as well as expected.

Has felt very simple to use from the beginning. Everything is neatly organized, the design looks clean and professional and there's plenty of useful information throughout. I could quickly locate what I needed from the services available to the contact details without running into any trouble.

Cons

My experience has been excellent overall. Any minor issue I've come across was taken care of right away. The staff and support team respond quickly and are consistently helpful. The site is simple to use and it really feels like they care about creating a positive well run experience for their patients. I would definitely recommend it.

One thing that really stands out is the phenomenal customer service. Questions get answered incredibly fast, the system is very simple to use and I really love having AI built in as a feature.
