Love when a medical provider uses Phreesia!

it is easy to set up and simple to use. I particularly enjoyed the orange pads at the time.

Cons

For 65% of our employees or over 65, it's quite a challenge for them to grasp it. We've had to assign many people to assist them, which strains our manpower.

Integrating with our EMR and offering patient engagement through appointment confirmation has been invaluable. Patients can conveniently address gaps in care, such as ADHD, Risk Fall Assessment, Anxiety, and depression, using the tablet.

Cons

Integrating with our EMR was not hard, but the system's stability and reliability have been questionable with occasional loss of functionality. There are also limitations with text messages.

One of the best aspects is that patients can check in, make payments, and complete Covid screens from their mobile devices while waiting in their cars. All forms seamlessly flow into the chart as well.

Cons

We need an easy way to text patients not scheduled for the day. Broadcasting is useful, but we often need to reach specific patients not on the schedule.
