“Phreesia Review”
Pros
One of the best aspects is that patients can check in, make payments, and complete Covid screens from their mobile devices while waiting in their cars. All forms seamlessly flow into the chart as well.
Cons
We need an easy way to text patients not scheduled for the day. Broadcasting is useful, but we often need to reach specific patients not on the schedule.

“Phreesia get 5 stars”
Pros
It has been incredibly helpful for our company. Patients checking in before their appointments has been a tremendous help, especially for parents with young children.

The eligibility is not accurate. I wish there was integration with our EMR beyond just demographics.

“Increased collections and patient demographics”
Pros
This, coupled with comprehensive reporting features, has resulted in increased collections at the time of service. The platform also offers valuable training resources, including videos and instructions.
Cons
Integration with Allscripts Professional EHR, particularly regarding patients' medical history, still needs improvement for our documentation style, essential for running reports through our system for quality programs.

“Phreesia Dashboard”
Pros
The dashboard presents a comprehensive list of all scheduled patients across each facility. It assists in identifying areas needing extra support on any given day.
Cons
I would love for Phreesia to check/verify eligibility for all insurances, but I believe they'll get there eventually.

“Phreesia for the ENT office”
Pros
We love how patients can input their information into Phreesia, which seamlessly transfers to our EMR, saving our medical assistants time.
Cons
I have grown heavily reliant on Phreesia and texting patients. Whenever there is an outage, I feel utterly lost without them.

“Phreesia Review”
Pros
Our practice finds Phreesia incredibly easy to use, which is particularly beneficial since our patient base skews toward the elderly.
Cons
Currently, my least favorite aspect is the inability to modify the self-scheduling setup easily. It is frustrating that such a crucial feature can't be adjusted effortlessly.

“Phreesia is the BOMB.COM”
Pros
Phreesia's simplicity benefits both staff and patients. Training new staff members is straightforward with the university resources. Patients appreciate not needing to remember login details, ensuring accurate registration information for each visit.
Cons
Sometimes, I encounter hiccups with insurance verifications. Occasionally, HMO and out-of-network plans slip through unnoticed by the staff because Phreesia indicates them as active and complete. I've had to learn to meticulously check benefit details to catch these before the visit.

“The Check in of the Future.”
Pros
I find it incredibly intuitive and straightforward to navigate. Each function is readily accessible and offers prompt updates on the patient's condition. It enables our team to concentrate on potential issues instead of being overwhelmed by a constant influx of patients.
Cons
The only aspect of the software I am not fond of is the general support line. It's outsourced overseas, and often, explaining the issue takes longer than fixing it.

“Highly Recommend Phreesia-Makes life much easier from day to day”
Pros
The insurance verification feature is impressive, as is the payment plan program's flexibility. Mass emails and reminder texts enhance patient engagement, while early check-in capability streamlines the process.
Cons
It would be great to have control over setting up appointment times so patients receive a message indicating their appointment is 15 minutes earlier than scheduled.

“Phreesia Review”
Pros
Implementing Phreesia proved timely for us. We adopted it at the beginning of 2020, just before COVID guidelines were introduced. It enabled us to maintain operations by allowing patients to complete registration before their appointments, minimizing waiting room occupancy.
Cons
There is not much to criticize about Phreesia. One common patient complaint is the lengthy intake process, although the information requested is necessary and identical to paper forms.

“Phreesia is great!”
Pros
The appointment and cancellation hubs have significantly improved our company's efficiency. Appointment requests help us track referrals and boost patient volumes, while appointment confirmations reduce the need for phone calls to reschedule.
Cons
I wish the appointment hub looked more organized, especially with new referrals, pending referrals, and patients who are unreachable or unwilling to come in.

“User Friendly”
Pros
Phreesia is exceptionally user-friendly and simplifies end-user training. Its dashboard provides a clearer overview compared to the PM we used previously.
Cons
Occasionally, when our practices revise a form or workflow, the logic for each workflow can cause delays in implementation. This is not necessarily a fault of Phreesia but rather the nature of practice autonomy and evolving patient needs.
