I have been using this software for 4 years now. Billing section has made my workflow extremely fast. Customer service is great too.

Due to time zone difference, i am sometimes unable to reach customer support.

the best PT software available in the market due to highly customizable features. It has the capability to adjust according to planning tasks and clinical needs. It also provides a separate dashboard for every staff member and allows them to check office productivity. Scheduling and analysis of reports are also very easy to perform.

Cons

Theres so much to it that sometimes you found yourself a bit lost. Planning takes time but implementation is very fast.
