Pros
I find the mobile app customizable forms template library reports and client booking features to be excellent. However billing calendaring (especially customization like color-coding) chart notes and other features could use some improvement.
Cons
As someone who offers supervision and therapy I find it frustrating that SimplePractice lacks options to differentiate between types of clients on the calendar. Billing processes are confusing and customer service is extremely poor. The new pricing structure seems designed to push users into the highest tier even for basic features like calendar syncing.
