Terrible Coustomer Service

Pros

Good notes easy scheduling and a user-friendly portal. It would be helpful to have an option for clients to sign in person.

Cons

The customer service experience is abysmal with lengthy wait times and inconsistent responses. Requesting to speak to a supervisor yields no results exacerbating the frustration.

Ridiculous Price Increase, Horrible Customer Service

Cons

Great product 3-5 years ago has declined significantly

Pros

I find the mobile app customizable forms template library reports and client booking features to be excellent. However billing calendaring (especially customization like color-coding) chart notes and other features could use some improvement.

Cons

As someone who offers supervision and therapy I find it frustrating that SimplePractice lacks options to differentiate between types of clients on the calendar. Billing processes are confusing and customer service is extremely poor. The new pricing structure seems designed to push users into the highest tier even for basic features like calendar syncing.

Starting to be a ripoff

Its relatively easy to use with good features including integration of telemedicine health records billing and more. However support used to be better.

Cons

Used to be great, but recent bad business practices and rate increases for less features.

Pros

I appreciate the user-friendly interface on both the website and app. Custom form creation and text reminders for clients are great features. Setting up new clients is quick and sending required paperwork is easy.

Cons

Some options on the app are limited and finding certain features can be challenging. Customer service is lacking with no easy way to speak with a real person for assistance.

SimplePractice is user-friendly and offers many great features similar to other EHRs.

Cons

SimplePractices new fee structure removes basic features from lower-tier plans forcing users to pay for the top-tier plan to retain those features. This seems like a profit-driven decision that disregards customer needs.
