Great for small practices

Pros

I am impressed that the system includes everything I need, such as documentation, scheduling, billing, and messaging. Additionally, I appreciate the ability to personalize my forms and notes.

Cons

According to my patients, the messaging system is not functioning properly on phones and I am not always being notified when I receive a message from someone.

Corporate Greed - Avoid at all costs

Pros

I appreciate being able to use their telehealth software and appointment reminders where clients can confirm or deny their attendance.

Cons

There are numerous issues such as the unavailability of time zone changes extra charges for calendar PUSH unresponsive customer support and the outdated interface.

Pros

SimplePractice reduces my workload with its features ease of use accessibility and simple interface eliminating the complexity I experienced before. Its an awesome software.

Cons

Its fairly straightforward. Similar to other software especially in scheduling its basic and not overwhelming.

Cons

Cons

I Simply Cannot Afford to Grow My Practice with SimplePractice Fee Per Clinician

Pros

Im really impressed with this product. I dont need external billers or practice managers its incredibly easy to use.

Cons

At $59 per clinician I cant afford to continue using this software and expand my practice. Even adding four new clinicians increased the fee to over $300.

customer support is horrible

Pros

Billing patients via email eliminates the need for sending statements.

Cons

I detest the customer support its abysmal. Contact is limited to email and responses often redirect to another department. Additionally the requirement for multiple email accounts is frustrating.
