Perfect Appointment handling system

Pros

Weve been using this software for a while and its intuitive features are impressive. It handles appointments client management and invoicing seamlessly.

Cons

The mobile interface could use a better redesign and I wish the telehealth feature could operate efficiently on low bandwidth.

WISH it would of been what I wanted and expected. Sadly disappointed.

Pros

I appreciate that its HIPAA compliant and affordable.

Cons

Unfortunately reaching support is extremely challenging. This inability to speak with a real person has resulted in financial losses due to unverified insurance information and missing payments for services rendered. Its a massive disappointment.

Good for it's purpose

Pros

Its great that our companys therapists can easily schedule therapy sessions using this platform and the free trial is a bonus.

Cons

It appeared more cost-effective for my company to either handle everything SimplePractice offers internally or outsource mental health professionals entirely. It didnt seem like a practical solution financially.

Asset to your medical practice

Pros

HIPAA compliance is crucial in healthcare software and SimplePractice meets that requirement. The patient portal is user-friendly facilitating direct communication with patients.

Cons

The price isnt exactly budget-friendly. Many other software options provide similar or more features for a lower price.

Great software for beginning private practice owner!

Pros

I loved being able to personalize all my paperwork for speech therapy services using my logo.

Cons

I believe calendar sync should be included in the lower tier price. At $69 its on the higher end compared to similar software and charging extra for calendar sync seems unnecessary.

nice for keeping up your health good

Its easy to use with a nice user interface particularly useful for bill management. I love its calendar and features.

Cons

Very very simple

Pros

True to its name its very straightforward. This simplicity was beneficial during setup and use. Some patients did express frustration due to its simplicity feeling limited in the client portal compared to more complex systems.

Cons

Some of its simplicity turned out to be more of a hindrance than helpful. However this might have changed since my last usage.

Pros

A notable feature is the ability to send forms directly to clients. I also find it convenient to view my schedule and my teams schedule on the dashboard.

Cons

Simplified reporting would be beneficial. The video platform lacks features and is costly. Customer service is inadequate issues remain unresolved. A wider variety of templates is needed.

Everything I need is consolidated and easy to access. While I dont use the telehealth feature the platform is reliable and straightforward.

Cons

Being forced into the highest tier due to calendar syncing despite not using telehealth is frustrating. Lack of direct customer service contact exacerbates the issue.
