Weve been using this software for a while and its intuitive features are impressive. It handles appointments client management and invoicing seamlessly.
Cons
The mobile interface could use a better redesign and I wish the telehealth feature could operate efficiently on low bandwidth.

I appreciate that its HIPAA compliant and affordable.
Cons
Unfortunately reaching support is extremely challenging. This inability to speak with a real person has resulted in financial losses due to unverified insurance information and missing payments for services rendered. Its a massive disappointment.

Its great that our companys therapists can easily schedule therapy sessions using this platform and the free trial is a bonus.
Cons
It appeared more cost-effective for my company to either handle everything SimplePractice offers internally or outsource mental health professionals entirely. It didnt seem like a practical solution financially.

I loved being able to personalize all my paperwork for speech therapy services using my logo.
Cons
I believe calendar sync should be included in the lower tier price. At $69 its on the higher end compared to similar software and charging extra for calendar sync seems unnecessary.

True to its name its very straightforward. This simplicity was beneficial during setup and use. Some patients did express frustration due to its simplicity feeling limited in the client portal compared to more complex systems.
Cons
Some of its simplicity turned out to be more of a hindrance than helpful. However this might have changed since my last usage.

Cons
Simplified reporting would be beneficial. The video platform lacks features and is costly. Customer service is inadequate issues remain unresolved. A wider variety of templates is needed.
