Cons
Reporting is limited and customer service offers generic responses. The absence of MFA jeopardizes cyber insurance compliance making it difficult to recommend the product.

Unlimited reminders help patients stay organized and the patient portal and messaging service facilitate quicker communication. The scheduling feature is easy to use and the telehealth service offers clear audio and screen sharing all while remaining HIPAA compliant and HITRUST CSF certified.
Cons
SimplePractice would have been costly for our organization with multiple providers. Expectations for flexibility and improved telehealth video capabilities werent met. Customer support was responsive but not particularly helpful.
