“User-friendly on clinician and client side”
Pros
It has been very user friendly on both the clinician and client side. Having clients fill out paperwork online is really convenient and collecting payments through the platform is simple too.
Cons
Editing forms comes with a bit of a learning curve and takes some time to get used to.

“Amazing online form completion features”
Pros
The notes, templates and online form completion features have been really helpful and work very well.
Cons
Billing feels a little confusing and there isn't enough control over exactly what team members can access like telehealth and certain parts of client charts.

“User-friendly once you learn it”
Pros
It feels pretty user-friendly once you get familiar with where everything is and know where to look for what you need.
Cons
The way availability is set up for scheduling isn't my favorite. I'd prefer to view my open time slots alongside my booked appointments and I still haven't found a way to make that happen.

“App is a bonus”
Pros
Having the app is a big plus. I'm out and about most of the time and I handle a lot of my work right from my phone.
Cons
It doesn't feel as user-friendly as competing products and the customer service also fell short.

“practice management simplified”
Pros
It covers everything in one place, scheduling, billing, notes and forms which makes managing the practice much more convenient.
Cons
I just wish there had been more guidance before starting the trial so I could have gotten up and running right away.

“Keeps clients engaged”
Pros
Running a solo practice, this platform helps my business feel on par with much larger offices. It offers a polished, professional system that keeps clients engaged while bringing the core functions of private practice together in a smart, modern and highly relevant way.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't come across anything I dislike about the software at this stage. Every part of it has felt user-friendly, clear and genuinely helpful, with features that seem designed around what a clinician actually needs. It's even encouraged me to strengthen my practice by exploring and adding more tools. It has been wonderful to use.

“Exceptional chart note feature”
Pros
Centralizes everything in one place. The text reminders and debit card payments have already helped me bring in more revenue. The billing system is very simple to use and the chart note feature is excellent for keeping track of phone calls and consultations. I'm also excited to start using the telehealth feature.
Cons
The mobile app calendar layout isn't really my favorite. I prefer seeing my week in a format more like the website calendar. Even on the website, I couldn't customize it exactly how I wanted since I can't view the full day without scrolling. Because of that, I just sync it with Google Calendar which was simple to set up. It's a minor tradeoff considering all the other strong features and I do appreciate that only initials appear in Google Calendar for privacy.

“Glad I made the switch”
Pros
Having quick access to customer service has been fantastic and the video chat option has been especially helpful. The telehealth feature was really the deciding factor that convinced me to switch. Paperless intake forms first caught my attention and got me considering the move in the first place. I'm really happy I finally decided to make the change.
Cons
I haven't come across anything I dislike yet but I would recommend giving yourself about a month to transition to a new EHR. That extra time helps you explore the features and move everything over without feeling rushed. There is definitely a bit of a learning curve when getting used to a new platform.

“All-in-one tool for clinicians”
Pros
Keeping everything in one place has been a huge plus for my practice. I can handle charting, billing, scheduling and online sessions all within the same platform. It really helped me simplify things instead of juggling a separate online system, a billing spreadsheet and a folder for clinical notes. With it, there's no need to build a workflow from scratch.
Cons
I'd still like to see a screen-sharing feature included in the Telehealth option.

“We enjoy using it!”
Pros
Running a group practice with this has been a big help because our whole team really enjoys how user-friendly it is. The features are specific to what we need and they make everyone's day-to-day work much simpler.
Cons
The mobile app feels different from the desktop version so moving back and forth between the two isn't very convenient.

“smooth site”
Pros
The site has a really smooth layout and navigation. Everything flows nicely and it feels simple to use for both me and my patients.
Cons
I'd love to see a larger font on the calendar, along with more online integration options for both me and my patients.

“Can build my own custom forms”
Pros
Being able to build my own customized forms and progress notes has been one of the best parts of using this software.
Cons
It doesn't generate the specific forms I need when working with my own biller and the way the forms are organized and stored feels less clean than I would prefer.

“Thoughtful tools for private practice”
Pros
Right away, the platform feels designed with private practice therapists in mind. The intake forms are especially well put together and thorough which is a huge help when you're just getting started in practice. I also went with it because the app works really well and Telehealth is included which makes day-to-day use much more convenient.
Cons
I still haven't been able to sort out how to fix the amount a client owes directly from the appointment on the calendar, even when the client record shows the correct balance. The insurance payer ID list is also pretty confusing so it's harder than it should be to tell which payer needs to be billed compared with other software options.

“connects well with websites”
Pros
The platform looks polished, feels user-friendly to navigate, connects well with websites and Stripe and the support team has been solid. It's also affordable and, most importantly, it simply works without creating extra hassle.
Cons
There isn't really a true downside for me but as a psychiatrist, I can't use it for e-prescribing. At the same time, adding e-prescribing and deeper medical integrations would probably take away from the simplicity and simple experience that makes it work so well.

“Cool web-based software”
Pros
Absolutely loving this web-based software. It's very user-friendly and both the training resources and customer support have been wonderful to work with.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints yet, I'm still really happy with it. And if anything does come up later, I feel confident I can reach out to customer support and they'll help get it resolved.

“handles forms and documents online”
Pros
Getting started with this software was very simple and moving my existing clients into it took very little effort. One of the biggest benefits for my practice is being able to cut down on paperwork since most forms and documents can be handled online and clients are able to sign everything electronically.
Cons
I've heard the billing side can be a bit complicated but since my practice is cash-only, that really hasn't affected me so far.

“Large library of support videos”
Pros
Starting out in private practice, it made the setup process much more manageable for me. The platform feels simple and has a very user-friendly design which made it easier to get comfortable with everything. The large library of support videos was especially useful, whether I was learning how to use the calendar link for scheduling or figuring out how to enter billing details. I also got a lot of value from the wide selection of templates for practice documents.
Cons
There is not much to complain about because it already includes a lot of strong features. If I had to point to one thing, I would love to see a bigger selection of built-in screeners and questionnaires that can be sent to patients. It is nice that tools like the PHQ-9 and GAD are already included but adding more options such as the BAM-R would make it even better.

“Well-designed pages”
Pros
The layout of the pages is clear and simple to move through and it includes features that cover pretty much every counseling need.
Cons
since I do not have much experience using it yet, I am a little concerned about getting all of the billing details set up correctly.

“Built for medical practices”
Pros
It's refreshing to use software that's clearly designed specifically for medical practices instead of being a generic accounting tool. Unlike many other options, this one really feels tailored to the healthcare field and that made it stand out in a very positive way.
Cons
At the same time, it felt a little awkward to navigate although I think that probably would have gotten better with more time and practice. I also wasn't happy about the extra fees for submitted claims since that made it cost more than the system I'm currently using and that was the biggest reason I held back.
