Cons

Great for small practices

Pros

I love the all-inclusive nature of SimplePractice covering documentation scheduling billing and messaging with the added ability to customize forms and notes.

Cons

Patients have reported issues with the messaging system on phones and I dont always receive message notifications.

Pros

SimplePractice streamlines income tracking client management document access and scheduling saving both time and money.

Cons

Many features are unnecessary yet I still pay for them. Additionally Stripe fees take a significant portion of client fees.

Easy to use!

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility to update my schedule anytime and the excellent mobile app. The automated reminder emails for clients are a great feature too.

Cons

Personally I have zero grievances. This platform is incredibly intuitive easing the burden of scheduling and eliminating stress.
