Since merging with Tebra, I've found PatientPop to be incredibly user-friendly. Despite encountering email issues initially, I reached out for support and was promptly assisted by a Customer Service Representative. They guided me through the new dashboard patiently and professionally, resolving our issues effectively. Their pleasant demeanor, willingness to address all my questions and concerns, and thorough assistance left me satisfied with the resolution.

While the sales representative was pleasant, the company they sold me on ultimately proved disappointing.

Cons

Improvements are needed in the referral system and the integration process. The referral system should be streamlined and fully integrated. Also, there are certain diagnosis codes that are not easily accessible, requiring manual searches or external resources like Google for ICD10 codes.
