Customer service has been quite disappointing. Their responses vary depending on who you talk to, especially when it comes to signing up for services. Getting consistent written information is challenging. Moreover, they don't document communication consistently, making it difficult to follow up on issues. Additionally, the software isn't compatible with MAC, and resolving recurring problems has been time-consuming and frustrating.

PatientPop is essentially a scam. Initially, they build a basic website, perform basic reputation management, and implement inadequate SEO. After a few months, they provide minimal ongoing support. Despite charging over $700 per month, their SEO efforts fail to drive meaningful traffic to your clinic. They lock you into a 12-month contract and offer only a narrow window for cancellation. Their service is subpar, and they provide little value for the cost.
