Stay away!

Pros

While reasonably priced, the adage "you get what you pay for" applies.

Cons

Customer service has been quite disappointing. Their responses vary depending on who you talk to, especially when it comes to signing up for services. Getting consistent written information is challenging. Moreover, they don't document communication consistently, making it difficult to follow up on issues. Additionally, the software isn't compatible with MAC, and resolving recurring problems has been time-consuming and frustrating.

Great EMR

Pros

The system as a whole meets all my necessary needs as both a medical provider and a previous Medical Biller. I selected the product for its ease of billing and integration, which has proven to be a cost-saving measure compared to the hours spent on billing corrections. Its streamlined process and responsive support contribute to its effectiveness in practice management.

Cons

Integrating EMDR tools or support for telehealth delivery of EMDR would be beneficial.

Since the merger you failed the customer

Pros

The software's user experience, telehealth function, and billing capabilities are commendable.

Cons

PatientPop is essentially a scam. Initially, they build a basic website, perform basic reputation management, and implement inadequate SEO. After a few months, they provide minimal ongoing support. Despite charging over $700 per month, their SEO efforts fail to drive meaningful traffic to your clinic. They lock you into a 12-month contract and offer only a narrow window for cancellation. Their service is subpar, and they provide little value for the cost.
