“PatientPop's quality has decreased becoming Tebra”
Pros
Quality declined after the transition to Tebra, with support outsourced to Costa Rica.
Cons
Initially, the website and customer service were commendable. However, after merging with Kareo and becoming Tebra, the quality of customer service declined sharply. Now, with IT support based in Costa Rica, response times have stretched to a week or more. Even reaching a representative takes considerable effort.

“Not a good fit for mental health practice”
Pros
I appreciated the seamless process of creating and submitting claims through Kareo Clinical and Billing initially. However, communication between the two programs ceased without my knowledge after a few months, which was disappointing. The program effectively sends appointment reminders to clients.
Cons
The program unexpectedly ceased sending claims to Kareo Billing without my knowledge for several months. Despite numerous attempts to seek assistance through Customer Service, nearly 600 claims suddenly appeared in Kareo Billing one day in May, including every claim for services since the first week of February. This issue left me unable to receive payment for services provided in January, February, or March under many insurance plans.

“Worst Customer Service”
Pros
Onboarding was smooth, with responsive customer service initially.
Cons
After completing onboarding, the response time from customer service stretched to weeks, leaving us hanging without answers. While scheduling client appointments is straightforward, setting up meetings or time off events is cumbersome, requiring seven clicks. Additionally, there's no waiting list for canceled appointments, forcing us to resort to a manual list to track patients awaiting cancellations.

“Demands payment for 14 months”
Pros
I found it useless. I cannot recommend it to anyone. Please, don't sign up.
Cons
Do not use Tebra/Kareo. I found that you won't get alerts for new appointments unless you're logged into a computer and sending intake forms also requires the desktop interface. When I asked if there was an app, I meant a mobile phone app and was told there was one but later I discovered they were referring to a computer application, not a phone app. The cancellation process was outrageous as when I tried to cancel they demanded payment for 14 months of service to terminate and then they said I should have made it clear whether I wanted a computer or phone app. I also didn't even receive email notifications for new appointment requests. Bottom line, if you're not sitting in front of a computer, all the automations and workflows you configure are effectively useless.

“Poor customer support for clinc”
Pros
SEO is good; client rep process could be improved.
Cons
The poor responsiveness from patient representatives and the lack of resolution for billing issues have been significant concerns. It's frustrating to experience these issues, especially when trying to address an incorrect invoice or resolve problems with the website's phone link.
