Great value for a small business

Pros

I like that we can use this tool without any issue especially for charting notes and scheduling telehealth patients. For our small business, it's a great value for the money.

Cons

Sometimes after a system update, there are little hiccups or things slow down for a bit. It's usually not a big deal though and they fix it quickly.

an affordable solution

Pros

It is affordable, has excellent customer service and is easy to use. It keeps patient records HIPAA-compliant, streamlines patient management and has an excellent interface. All my notes are in one place and easy to access and the scheduling calendar is simple to use. I definitely recommend Tebra.

Cons

Don't have any issues with it right now. The customer service has been great for me. Whenever I need help, I can still just reach out to my onboarding specialist.

Fast note-taking, slow printing

Pros

I love the ability to create text shortcuts and write notes super fast. We all know how important it is to create a SOAP note that's both quick and thorough.

Cons

I really need to be able to print a range of notes from one date to another. Right now, it only lets me print the 10 most recent ones, so I have to print every single note one by one which is a pain.

Pros

It's amazingly easy to use. And the team from onboarding to sales to anyone I've talked to, responds quickly and really knows their stuff.

Cons

Honestly there's not much to dislike. I've been trying to think of something but I really can't name one thing that I've liked the least during my time using Tebra.

A complex but capable platform

Pros

The platform seems very capable and well-organized. The trainings are easy to find and really informative. My trainer, Yoo is super reliable and helpful!

Cons

Can't think of any real cons. As much as I try to find something wrong, I am coming up empty! It's just me running my own LLC so I'm handling all the roles myself and it's working out well.

Affordable with outstanding support

Pros

Tebra has been surprisingly affordable and I find the customer support outstanding. Also it is easy to use and I like that patient records are HIPAA-compliant. Managing patients feels is not a problem too, the interface looks great and all of my notes are centralized and simple to pull up. Scheduling and the calendar are also easy to use so I highly recommend this tool.

Cons

Well I have not run into any real problems with it at this point. Their customer service has been excellent and whenever something comes up I still contact the onboarding specialist who helped me get started.

great tool

Pros

Tebra's interface is very user friendly so scheduling appointments, managing billing and keeping up with patient communication feels effortless and because the clinical and administrative tools are combined in a single platform, our teams workflow has become noticeably smoother. Their support staff is also responsive and usually sorts out issues promptly.

Cons

Sometimes I notice the system slows down during peak usage and those occasional lags can disrupt my workflow. On top of that a few customization options for reports and documentation feel limited and could use more flexibility and improvements.

User-friendly and cost-effective

Pros

the interface is user-friendly and Surescripts works well. The software is cost-effective too and SOAP notes are simple and easy to learn.

Cons

Personally so far there is nothing I dislike about this tool. In short I do not have a single complaint to share whatsoever right now.

The worst software/company all arpund

Pros

The promise that it could provide all Around support and customization

Cons

Interface, billing (patient billing impossible to set up) very expensive. Staff not helpful. Entrapment into contracts that you cannot get out of. Not ability to built custom H&P. Do not use them. You will regret it

easy access to expert help

Pros

I love the easy access to customer service anytime! Our practice uses the scheduling and billing platforms and they can even handle the most technical billing questions.

Cons

On the mobile app, there's no way for my front desk staff to print a simple, easy-to-read itemized statement for a patient who has had multiple procedures go through insurance. That's a feature we're really missing.

clear layout with one quirk

Pros

Definitely prefer Tebra over the other EMR system we use. It's very easy. I love the free typing, which is great. It's easy to see my schedule because it's clearly outlined. I also love being able to pull up my old notes to review while I'm typing new ones. It's so easy and the layout is very clear to follow.

Cons

It bugs me that when I first open my dashboard, it never shows the current day. I always have to click the "go to today" button to get it to show the right date.

gets the job done but overpriced

Pros

It gets the job done but it's just like every other EHR out there. Once my contract is up, I'm switching to another one to keep my overhead costs lower.

Cons

The cost is a big issue for me. You're already one of the most expensive EHRs out there and you keep increasing the price. You even charge extra for simple things that should be free like an AI assistant.

Excellent service from the very start

Pros

The service is excellent and the training with my current coach,he has been very good. The salesperson was also great.

Cons

There's nothing in particular that I dislike. Actually I like it very much! I haven't had any negative experiences so far although I am still at the beginning of using it.

great deal with a few wishes

Pros

I really liked having a one-on-one onboarding coach assigned to me, plus the online classes to help learn the software. Tebra University and the support center are always there if I need them. Getting integrated E-labs and a robust package for one fee is a great deal.

Cons

I wish the calendar could sync with my Google Calendar. Also for a psychiatry practice, there just aren't enough standard screening tools included.

Incredible service! 100% recommend

Pros

Hands down, the customer service is unmatched! I'm routinely impressed by how well-trained and competent every single representative I've talked to has been.

Cons

excellent and clear customer service

Pros

Customer service here has been excellent. I have never had a negative interaction with anyone who assisted me and what I like is that when a rep asks questions they take the time to explain the reason behind each inquiry so everything feels clear.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about their support. It is rare for us to speak with someone who has likely been on the phone all day helping others but still, every time they respond with the same kindness and professionalism every time we talk.

honest and fair, but a budget stretch

Pros

They're honest, fair and efficient. It's been very pleasant to work with them and I would definitely recommend them to my peers.

Cons

Even though the pricing is fair, my budget is very tight so the money is an issue for me. I will say, they were helpful and broke down the fee over a 6-month period for me.

Love the features!

Pros

Thank you Tebra :) this is a dream come true. It really feels like a dream come true! Hopefully this is the beginning of great things for us.

Cons

It doesn't automatically show the patient's age. You have to remember to type it in manually to keep the records accurate. Just a heads-up!

the worst customer service experience

Pros

I wouldn't really know yet. It's been three months, I've been paying the full monthly charge and I am still in my training period.

Cons

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We're still waiting for our training. We've called, emailed, tried everything and gotten nothing. One morning we even cancelled patient appointments waiting for a Zoom call that never happened. Two weeks later, the support person apologized and said she had the wrong date on her calendar. We're switching to another company.

Quick and easy to use

Pros

The ease of use is the best part. I find the system is quick and meets all our needs. I just wish I could scan lab results directly into the lab tab instead of the documents section, since we don't have the interfaces.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints but I would like a way to permanently delete the profiles of users who no longer work at our clinic, so they're completely removed from our active list.
