“Helpful hands-on lessons”
Pros
I really appreciated getting to work through examples of whatever we were covering during the session. That hands-on approach made the material much clearer and easier to follow.
Cons
The downside was how time-consuming it felt and I really didn't enjoy having a quiz at the end of every session. I'm just not someone who likes quizzes.

“very comprehensive system”
Pros
From training through daily use, this system has been excellent. The university resources, responsive customer support and user-friendly setup have all been big positives. It's especially helpful having a single program that handles everything we need, from patient records to billing, all in one place.
Cons
I know I'm supposed to list a downside but honestly nothing specific comes to mind. The software is simple and complete enough to support every part of our practice. If I had to mention anything at all, it would only be that it would be nice if support stayed available a little later than 4 p.m.

“Dependable solution”
Pros
Found it pretty easy to use. It has also been dependable and whenever issues come up, the customer support team is very helpful. It works especially well for insurance billing and keeping patient accounts organized and managed.
Cons
There really have not been any major problems. The only downside is that it offers extra upgrades and those can feel a bit expensive at times. Still, the added features can be worthwhile depending on what our practice needs.

“Quick responses from support team”
Pros

“well-structured software”
Pros
Everything feels very organized, with a neat layout and colors that make the workflow much easier to manage. It's also a lot more comfortable on the eyes.
Cons
The appointment scheduling part could still use some adjustment. It would help if existing appointments were easier to view and edit without having to reset everything.

“Top product!!”
Pros
After comparing quite a few options, this one was clearly the standout. It's an excellent product, affordable and very user-friendly.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints. The billing section has been the hardest part for me but that feels more related to my own lack of experience than any issue with the software itself.

“Reliable billing and support”
Pros
Running a small specialist office with one physician means we handle everything internally, including billing and the built-in billing tools along with the overall value were the biggest reasons we picked it. Before switching, our practice was losing a lot of money by outsourcing billing to a third party. We've been using the platform for 8 years now and it has continued to impress us the whole time. Customer support is very accessible. On the rare occasion a support person doesn't have the answer right away, they take the time to research it and actually follow up with a real response. The platform also keeps adding updated features that match the needs of a medical office, including patient communication tools and online bill pay.
Cons
Honestly, there isn't anything our practice dislikes about the platform. We use both the desktop version and the app without any issues.

“I like the support”
Pros
We've been using Tebra (formerly Kareo) since we opened our clinic back in 2020 so we're now close to six years and it's been genuinely satisfying for a bunch of reasons. The interface and platform are excellent and it keeps improving over time by actually listening to user feedback and acting on it quickly. Navigation is simple and their customer support is both responsive and real (not scripted). Telehealth setup has also been smooth and the communication stays active with constant updates as new features roll out, changes happen and things get refined. Clinical notes and procedures are laid out well and patient records feel secure. Also, it's an all in one system with KPI displays, billing that's easy to manage, medical records and a patient portal everything we need in one place.Honestly, the value for the price feels outstanding. I can't believe the amount we get for what we pay and it's delivered strong ROI for our clinic.
Cons
Really nothing negative to report at the moment everything has been working well. If anything, I'd just encourage it to keep the momentum going especially as AI tools keep emerging.

“great software!”
Pros
Includes a bunch of charting tools that actually come in handy day to day. The prescribing tool in particular feels simple to work with and it's been a real time saver. When questions pop up or something needs troubleshooting, the support response has been excellent.
Cons
Pricing is the sticking point. If you're running a very limited practice, the cost can feel steep. A sliding scale tied to how much you use the system would make more sense. It'd also be helpful to have additional rating scales available for patient use like CAARS, YMRS and similar options beyond what's currently included.

“solid value for small practices”
Pros
This has been a really good value for my money. As a new independent provider getting started, I needed a package I could afford without having to prove major financial "prowess" right away. it fit the budget nicely and it matches my small caseload right now I'm only working with about 10 clients so it just makes sense. When I compared options, other EMRs kept quoting huge fees and didn't seem to care much about small businesses like mine.
Cons
I do wish there were more templates and forms that I could easily edit to match how I run my business. It would also be nice to have more click and sign smart sets since the typing and AI note assist doesn't always handle the simpler tasks automatically. It's a quick add when it comes up but I'd love to see more of those features included.

“Patient texting made easy”
Pros
We've been using it in our office and it's been genuinely simple day to day especially for messaging and emailing patients. Communication stays organized and it's simple to keep everything moving without extra hassle.
Cons
Occasionally, the text messages don't let you reply directly to the patient though it hasn't happened often. Overall it has worked well for us.

“fast patient entry and billing”
Pros
Tebra makes data entry feel effortless getting patient information into the system is quick and handling billing and claims through it has been a breeze too.
Cons
The only part I dislike is the two step authorization. A lot of the time I don't have my phone handy so I end up needing to grab it from my locker just to retrieve the code when I log in.

“AI notes are great”
Pros
The tool feels simple to use and it's been simple to get the hang of quickly. Compared with other systems, the workflow is more user friendly. The AI features also help the notes come out looking more polished and it catches/corrects mistakes I might accidentally make while typing.
Cons
One issue I've run into is that if I keep a note open for too long, the system sometimes shuts off mid entry which can cause me to lose part of what I wrote.

“reliable support”
Pros
It is simple to use and I've been working with it since we first rolled it out back in 2013 originally it was Kareo. Support is usually available and they handle issues quickly, with a polite attitude and response time that feels dependable. Even though the pricing is a bit on the high side, the overall quality, convenience and reliability have been strong for me.
Cons
Occasionally, the customer care reps have a heavy accent which makes it tough for me to follow every detail especially since it can get lost mid conversation. There are also times when the person on the line doesn't seem to take me seriously right away and I end up needing to repeat myself to get another representative who actually hears what I'm asking for.

“templates make charting faster”
Pros
Using templates to enter charting information has been a big help. It cuts down a lot of time for professionals who need to document quickly and consistently which feels like a real efficiency boost.
Cons
The checkmark fields are tiny and that slows things down. I end up needing multiple attempts to hit the right spot before I can move on to the next field which gets frustrating during longer sessions.

“keeps improving...”
Pros
Since opening our clinic in 2020, we've been using it back when it was Kareo and nearly six years later we're still very happy with it for a lot of reasons. The user interface is one of the best I've worked with and the platform has continued to improve over time. They actually pay attention to user feedback and make changes quickly which has led to steady upgrades and a better overall experience. The system is simple to understand, the customer support is genuinely helpful and the telehealth setup has been excellent for us. Communication from the company is also very strong, with regular updates, new features, changes and improvements. On top of that, the layout for clinical notes and procedures works really well, patient records are secure and it truly feels like an all-in-one service with KPI dashboards, billing, medical records, a patient portal and more. Considering everything included, the value for the cost has honestly been impressive and the ROI has been well worth it.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. I'd just encourage Tebra to keep doing what they're doing and continue moving forward alongside emerging AI technology.

“incredible charting tools”
Pros
Tebra comes with several charting tools that have been really useful. The prescribing feature, in particular, is very simple to use and whenever I had questions or ran into problems, the response was excellent.
Cons
The biggest downside is the cost especially for someone running a very small practice. A sliding scale based on usage volume would make it much more reasonable. It would also help to have more patient rating scales available such as CAARS, YMRS and others.

“Fair pricing”
Pros
Starting out as an independent provider means watching every dollar and this has been worth the cost for me. The pricing felt reasonable and didn't put extra pressure on my budget which matters a lot when launching a new business. Since I only handle a small number of claims right now, around 10 clients, the package fits my needs perfectly and just makes practical sense. Other EMRs I looked into were quoting huge fees and didn't seem to care much about smaller practices like mine so this felt like a much better option.
Cons
I do wish there were more templates and forms available especially ones that could be edited or customized more easily to match the specific needs of my business. I'd also like to see more click-and-sign smart sets added. Typing things out and relying on the AI note assist doesn't always handle those simpler tasks the way I need so having quicker options for those would be a really helpful improvement.

“appointments are easy to make”
Pros
There isn't much positive to call out here. Overall, it feels like an average EHR that comes with multiple problems, plus slow follow through when I raise complaints.
Cons
Using this EHR has been pretty frustrating. The calendar appointment details are frequently off and the mobile app doesn't sync reliably so appointments often don't show up in the app when they should. What's especially disappointing is that this has been going on for a long time without a real fix. I've also requested a full data export on 12/7/2025 but I'm still waiting for any response. Customer support feels only average and it's concerning that the service sometimes goes down during meeting times and holiday closures especially since healthcare needs to run 24/7. Also, messaging is hit or miss; patients don't always receive cancellation notifications which has created more confusion than it should. I could list additional issues but I'm mainly hoping someone from it reaches out soon to finish my data export request.
