“poor post-onboarding support”
Pros
I really like the clean interface, patient portal, online appointment scheduling, intake form workflows and my onboarding manager as she was outstanding!
Cons
Honestly the post-onboarding customer support felt very uncommunicative. Like when I reached out to fix problems they seemed to brush me off, were not listening and gave little sense that they cared about my experience.

“canceling experience was awful”
Pros
We used their service for more than 10 years and were genuinely happy with it overall it did what we needed and worked reliably. Whenever we added extra services, customer support was also solid at that point.
Cons
Ending the service with them was a miserable experience. We got transferred around repeatedly and dealt with rude, unhelpful customer service staff which made the cancellation take far longer and feel much worse than it should have.

“online booking and reviews boost”
Pros
I've used it services for more than six years and they've been genuinely helpful for my practice. Since my team is pretty small, the online booking option has cut down the number of phone calls we have to field and also makes it simpler for patients to schedule appointments outside of regular hours. The online review features have been a big win for our reputation too. Also, their package covered website design and ongoing support.
Cons
The only reason I ended the service was because of technical glitches during the integration with my EHR/PM system.

“responsive support”
Pros
Customer support has been a strong point for me. Over the last 4 6 months, I've noticed a real uptick in how quickly and effectively the team responds. The company also seems open to feedback and they're receptive to suggestions from providers on how to improve the service.
Cons
One missing feature is voice to text. Considering this technology has been available in Microsoft Word for over 10 years, I expected it to be included here as well.

“Simple to use but feedback going unheard”
Pros
It is a pretty simple and user friendly interface. I don't have to go through a lot of steps to get things done. I generally like the product and I'm happy with it.
Cons
There are just a few simple things I wish Tebra could do. It's kind of frustrating because I've been using it for six years now and I feel like no one's listening to my suggestions.

“A nightmare trying to cancel”
Pros
We were loyal customers for over ten years and genuinely liked the product. It served our needs reliably. Whenever we added new services, the support team was responsive and helpful which we appreciated.
Cons
I had the worst experience trying to cancel our service. The whole process was a nightmare. I was shuffled between agents and repeatedly met with rude, unhelpful customer service representatives which was incredibly frustrating.

“offering tremendous help for six years”
Pros
For more than six years I have relied on Tebra for my practice and they have been a tremendous help. With a very small team, their online booking has really cut down the flood of phone calls we used to get and lets patients book appointments outside of our business hours. The boost from online reviews has noticeably improved our reputation and they also handled our website design and provided ongoing support.
Cons
The sole reason I ended my relationship with them was recurring technical problems when their system tried to integrate with my EHR/PM software which made it impossible to continue despite everything else working well.

“Support improves and listens to providers”
Pros
I have noticed customer support has become more significant to my experience and over the last four to six months I have seen a clear uptick in responsiveness. I also feel the company genuinely listens to provider suggestions for improvements.
Cons
For me the biggest gap is the absence of voice to text functionality. That's surprising to me because dictation has been built into MS Word for over a decade so I expected this feature to be available here as well.

“very easy to use”
Pros
It is really simple to use and the customer support has been excellent. Most of the time, I can get answers to my questions right in it U. On the rare occasions when I needed to call, the support person was very patient, made sure they understood what I was asking and then guided me step by step through what I needed to do.
Cons
Something I wish was different: you can't change the payer on a claim after it's been sent. If the claim already has insurance attached and you need to add new coverage as secondary, it can get a bit confusing.

“Strong scheduling”
Pros
I really appreciate that it includes a full system for scheduling, billing and inter office communication. Another helpful touch is that it automatically pre fills the "required areas" for each type of visit which cuts down on the extra setup work.
Cons
Would be more convenient if there were a HIPAA compliant way to message patients directly without needing to add a portal invite and then go through the portal process. When I send patients a quick message, I have to warn them that it isn't HIPAA compliant and to avoid sharing sensitive information since it could reach staff I didn't intend.

“clean interface”
Pros
it stands out for its clean, adaptive interface and that really helps healthcare professionals get up to speed without too much friction. The dashboard is laid out in a way that feels organized and gives a simple view of key tasks plus alerts so unexpected last minute changes aren't as likely to throw things off.
Cons
What I'd flag is the occasional technical problems system downtime or lag can interrupt day to day workflows. There's also a dependence on the vendor: since you rely on it's servers and support, any issues on their end can spill over and impact your own operations.

“excellent tool!!”
Pros
Customer support has been diligent and we really appreciate how much effort your team puts into helping us. We also value the partnership with it and want to keep building on it through the platform.
Cons
eLab order integration keeps failing and nothing has been resolved in the last six months. This ongoing problem has made it hard for us to rely on the workflow end to end.

“Templates save time”
Pros
The platform feels really user friendly. Getting around the system is simple and the message templates are a big win because they cut down the time spent rewriting emails and texts from scratch.
Cons
I knocked off one star because there isn't a "patient intake form" alert that confirms when forms have been sent and returned. Instead, you have to keep drilling into the app just to figure out the status. It would also help to get notified when a patient clicks the intake form so you can see whether they're likely to follow through. Another missing piece is searching for patients by cell phone number sometimes calls come in and it's hard to tell which patient it is when the name and date of birth aren't immediately clear.

“Makes billing easy”
Pros
Got dropped into billing for our office without much ramp up but the it product's ease of use helped me get there quickly. Their customer support has been outstanding the whole time honestly, two thumbs way up.
Cons
Bugs and occasional issues are still frustrating and since it's internet based, bad weather sometimes means we lose connectivity which creates real headaches. I wish it could do more to prevent problems when the internet goes down though I guess no one can control Mother Nature, haha.

Pros
It's really user friendly and I like how everything is easy to locate and organize. Getting your work done doesn't take much effort everything feels simple and well arranged.
Cons

“Faced data loss”
Pros
At the moment, I'm not seeing any clear positive feature I could point to. A year ago my answer might have been different but today nothing stands out as a real benefit.
Cons
Support is handled overseas so there's no option to talk with anyone in the US. Also, the language barrier makes things harder to sort out. We also ran into a serious issue where data disappeared from our files, only to later learn there was no backup. To make it worse, their clearinghouse stops claims and doesn't notify you so you don't find out what's going on until you dig in to resolve it.

“easy patient management”
Pros
We've been seriously impressed with it's patient management application. The user interface feels adaptive and thoughtfully designed so our staff can jump in and use it to its full potential without a lot of friction. The time we spend training has dropped a lot and our day to day efficiency is noticeably better. Also, the customer support has been excellent quick to respond, genuinely knowledgeable and always ready to help. With strong features, dependable performance and supportive service, it delivers great value for our practice and has become an essential part of how we operate.
Cons
As it continues expanding, I'd love to see more development around individual user tools and better tracking. A lot of what we do is team based collaboration but certain projects need more nuance and require people to handle sensitive, protected information. Having clearer visibility into individual workflows would be extremely valuable.

“Simple setup”
Pros
Learning to code felt simple and getting EOB downloaded directly through the app was quick. The schedule view is also clear, similar to other EMR systems which makes it easy to check what's coming up.
Cons
Online communication with the team isn't very smooth and the way notes work inside the app is confusing. Charging a patient through the available payment options also feels pretty challenging.

“reliable software”
Pros
Overall, the platform feels simple to use and makes billing simple. Patients generally say the video visits are helpful and it stays dependable as long as you're working with a solid internet or cellular connection.
Cons
Wish the app supported sending controlled substances so I could handle on the go work more completely and I'd also love a voice dictation feature.

“fast note typing and sharing”
Pros
I really like the way note taking works typing feels simple and everything saves automatically as I go. My clients/patients also seem to enjoy getting the link since it gets sent to them right away.
Cons
