“problematic for coding
Pros
Customer care is attentive but getting things done often involves a lot of run-around. Sometimes though, you find someone who helps you right away.
Cons
It's really problematic to find codes. Once you're done with coding, you can't go back to make addendums or changes. It's taken me a year just to get LabCorp set up. The system can't incorporate COLOGUARD tests and it can't connect to my imaging account (AKUMIN) so I can review test results in Tebra.

“smooth and easy onboarding
Pros
It is easy to use and the onboarding process has been smooth. Any time I've had questions, I've been able to get someone on the phone easily to help guide me.
Cons
I haven't had any issues so far. I'm still pretty new to the program but I don't have anything negative to say about it right now.

Pros
I am really impressed by how user friendly the software feels. From handling payments to seamless integration with my website, it is a genuine game changer. So I am excited to keep using it.
Cons
The system feels fairly complex to use. It comes with a steep learning curve and needs a significant amount of time to setup which becomes tricky when I am trying to run my business and integrate everything at the same time.

“Love the mix of learning options
Pros
What I really love about Tebra University is the mix of self-guided modules and live instruction. As having both options helped me make the most of my learning experience.
Cons
It would be great if I could have an agent come onsite for training as well. additionally I feel like some features could be refined in certain areas to feel more user-friendly within our practice.

Tebra software is really easy to use and whenever I need help, support is always there. That makes it simple for me to get things done without stress.
Cons
I am not too happy with the reports available and it would be great if the credit card process was smoother or if the pricing was more competitive with WebPT.

Pros
The thing I like the most is that I can submit electronic claims and get eOBs back easily.
Cons
Sometimes the interface feels kind of off and I dislike needing to switch from the website into the tool just to enter data.

“Terrible fit for practices of all sizes
Pros
Tebra's charting system works pretty well and that is a solid feature. The problem is if we ever want to move away, it can cost thousands just to get our own data. So instead of feeling like a user-friendly tool it ends up feeling more like a financial trap.
Cons
It claims to be a complete solution for providers but it falls short in important areas. The clearinghouse rejects claims often which makes billing frustrating. On top of that billing only works through a desktop version and that feels really outdated. Also customer support is slow too, sometimes taking days or even weeks to respond. Instead of making things easier the platform ends up creating more stress.

Tebra made scheduling, uploading documents and collecting copays really convenient. Plus billing was much simpler compared to my previous EMR system.
Cons
Messaging patients did not always work right as sometimes the automated messages never reached them which annoys me.

It is an all in one platform that's simple, customizable, easy to use and visually appealing, with a user-friendly interface that is easy to get the hang of.

Pros
The sales team is great before the contract is signed but once that's done, they seem to vanish leaving us with little support.
Cons
In the EMR the SOAP note is split into separate boxes which makes the template clunky and harder to use. In the PM software handling finances for patients with more than one insurance can get really confusing.

Pros
The customer service is excellent, the app is really easy to use and I like that I can customize it to fit exactly what I need.
Cons
The cost is a concern. As our practice grows and we add more providers, the application can become quite expensive.

I absolutely love using Tebra. It is easy to use, offers simple templates and the SALT feature helps us maintain continuity.
Cons
One thing I noticed is that the older backend setup does not work well with Mac/Apple.
