Decent enough

Pros

The calendar is well organized and it is really simple to block off time when I need to. Overall it makes scheduling a lot easier to manage.

Cons

I have had issues removing appointments and they reappear on the calendar after being canceled. Also we can no longer cancel prescriptions via eScribe like we used to.

Saved the day

Pros

Well the support I received from Tebra while setting up my business was a huge help and made the whole process so much easier.

Cons

Honestly I have not come across any downsides so far.

easy to locate information quickly

Pros

I find it pretty easy to use and I can quickly locate the information I need without hassle.

Cons

Honestly the system comes across as pretty complex at first. I have to invest time in trainings before I feel comfortable using it. Plus I wish using the software was easier from the start so I did not feel forced into doing all those training sessions just to get the hang of it.

provides helpful training videos

Pros

The tool is really easy to navigate and understand. Plus I like the training videos because I do not have to call in for everything.

Cons

One thing I noticed is that I cannot see the claim form on screen unless I change it to print view.

Very basic and makes sense

Pros

this software is very easy to use and it makes sense in the way everything is laid out.

Cons

I really value how using technology streamlines day to day tasks and boosts the efficiency of our practice.

Cons

Moves around the site quickly

Pros

Well I am quite happy that I can move around the site quickly and without any hassle.

Cons

Right now the main issue I notice is that the recent update makes scheduling a bit tougher to go through than before, although I eventually figured it out and got used to how it works.

Support is nonexistent and extremely slow

Pros

I find this EHR pretty easy to work with as moving through the different fields is user-friendly and not all time taking.

Cons

Honestly their customer support feels nonexistent and extremely slow when it comes to enrollments. like i have been waiting nearly three months for them to set up the insurance connection and it's been incredibly frustrating!!!

Pretty easy

Pros

Tebra is pretty easy to use and I really liked being able to move seamlessly through the chart from patient demographics straight through to account details that too without any hassle.

Cons

One downside I noticed is that it lacks a built-in, comprehensive assessment tool inside the system.

Templates are awkward and difficult

Pros

For me many of the templates are detailed but end up feeling awkward and difficult to use. The finished notes look low quality and I often find it faster and easier to just free-text instead of navigating and selecting shortcuts.

Cons

This company is very unethical and misrepresents what their software does.

easy switch but clunky sign out

Pros

I can quickly switch among my clients and immediately view the outstanding action items.

Cons

To switch to another client I need to sign out which feels clunky and not very user-friendly, plus the app can run quite slowly at times.

Most user-friendly for our staff

Pros

For our staff, the practice management system is the most user-friendly of any platform we have used. my team really enjoys it since it's so simple to navigate.

Cons

We have faced a few problems with UB04 forms that make parts of the system harder to work with but we're actively addressing those issues.

Nothing good to say about it

Pros

honestly I have nothing good to say about it. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Please don't use it.

Cons

My experience with their customer service has been awful. They never resolve any issues even after I called multiple times and I absolutely wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Customer support disappeared after merger

Pros

I found the system simple to pick up and it gave us the fundamental features needed to be usable for our purposes.

Cons

Customer support basically disappeared after the merger as when I tried contacting them people told me the staff were no longer in those roles and couldn't help. I also emailed the support address on the site but some messages bounced back and others returned automated replies saying the inbox was no longer monitored which left me stranded.

Okay pricing but pretty limited

Customer support is worst!

Pros

I find the chart notes really easy to type and honestly I cannot come up with any other real pros.

Cons

My salesperson actually told me that if I wanted real support, I'd have to hire an outside expert who knows Tebra. When I called the listed customer support during normal business hours I got a voicemail saying they were closed. I am left watching tutorial videos and teaching myself how to use the system. The onboarding felt rushed and they skipped topics they promised to cover. This platform doesn't seem suitable for a solo provider practice. To make matters worse, Trizetto entered my eIN incorrectly on the billing so I cannot submit claims to several insurers. After months of trying, there has been no help to resolve the issue.
