“Way too many glitches”
Pros
The interface is simple to navigate and fairly fluid. Even team members with very limited EHR experience are able to pick it up without much trouble.
Cons
There are still far too many glitches and access to customer support is lacking. Waiting more than 24 hours for help with an urgent or critical system problem is just not acceptable.

“Familiar interface”
Pros
Having worked with the software and its features before, getting around it feels very familiar. It's simple to navigate, web-based, works well with Mac and there's also an iPad app available for anyone who prefers using a tablet.
Cons
The pricing is fairly in line with other EHR platforms but it still lacks some of the features that are standard in many other systems. It also doesn't fit every specialty very well and support can be inconsistent depending on the issue.

“Cost-effective option”
Pros
Very affordable and quick to get up and running. Getting approval from the insurance companies to move over to the new clearinghouse was completely hassle-free.
Cons
Once they feel everything is already in place, customer support becomes difficult to reach. At this point, I'm basically trying to train myself which is really frustrating.

“Slow and complex”
Pros
Getting started with it on my own was fairly simple and the basics were simple enough to pick up without much help. Beyond that though, it has not been the most practical system to use for behavioral health work.
Cons
Day to day, the software feels very slow, complex and not especially user-friendly for counselors. Group documentation is a big frustration because there is no way to enter groups all at once with a preloaded client list and have the visit automatically populate across each chart. It also has no treatment planning feature at all, whereas other systems connect notes and counselors to specific treatment plans and allow those updates to be handled electronically. Another issue is the client list view, even when selecting more than 10 clients per page, it still requires scrolling, the window does not fit the screen properly and if you leave that page it resets back to 10 clients which slows everything down. It would also help a lot to be able to print all of a client's notes at one time. I have used systems at both the state and federal level and even though those were much more detailed, they were still easier to navigate and more user-friendly than this one.

“professional reports”
Pros
The progress note automatically feeds into billing which helps cut down on extra work. The reports and patient statements look polished and professional. It's also useful that timed codes can be added for Medicare patients to help prevent billing mistakes. Another plus is being able to fax an evaluation directly to the physician as soon as it's created.
Cons
I can't stay logged in on two devices at the same time unless I pay extra for a second PT user. I'd really prefer to document on my iPad while I'm in the room with a patient, then finish the note later on my PC in the main gym area. Instead, I have to log out and sign back in on the other device which turns a simple two-step process into four steps. It may not seem like much but over a full day it wastes a lot of time. On top of that, several features come with added recurring costs like scheduling and outcomes. Customization is also limited in some areas. Smart text can be created for common phrases but it doesn't work in every field. For example, I still can't use smart text in the Plan or Assessment sections, even after requesting that feature multiple times and never seeing it included in an update.

“Handy multitasking”
Pros
The system is very user-friendly and I can switch between different tasks without having to close out of whatever I'm working on.
Cons
What would make it better is adding the doctor's name or the office name to the appointment reminder call.

“Indispensable for our small practice”
Pros
Right from the start, this software felt very user-friendly and has worked really well for our small practice. It includes everything we need to maintain quality care and keep continuity consistent for our clients.
Cons
The billing side of the software suite wasn't quite the right match for how our practice operates and having a mobile app version of the calendar would have been a nice addition.

“Approachable support”
Pros
The customer support team comes across as careful and reassuring. It's also cost-effective, cloud-based and feels like a better fit for smaller businesses.
Cons
Customer service does seem professional but there's still a noticeable gap when it comes to resolving certain issues tied to some built-in features.

“Lack of communication”
Pros
After I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected with someone who was polite, professional and genuinely apologetic about the issues I had been dealing with. The success training coach was also very personable and clearly wanted to be helpful, doing his best to accommodate what I was asking for.
Cons
The biggest problem was the lack of communication from the sales rep to the success training coach about what I needed for my EHR setup. Because that information was not passed along, we spent hours on the phone trying to piece everything together. If she had explained my requirements in advance, he likely could have handled the configuration on the backend and saved me several hours of valuable time. On top of that, once I actually began using the system, I realized it does not support booking non-patient appointments at all. There is no way to schedule meetings or even non-patient-related phone calls which is a major limitation.

“Helpful for managing a small medical office”
Pros
Change was tough at the beginning and I honestly wasn't happy with it at first. Sometimes when a system is making things easier, you don't notice it right away and end up resisting the change. That was definitely the case for me. After spending more time with it, I realized how helpful it really is for managing a small medical office. It does a really good job of helping me stay on top of charges, billing, claim submissions and patient statements.
Cons
The downside isn't anything major compared to other problems I've seen. The program does shut down when an error happens but thankfully I've never had any data lost because of it.

“customer support is a disappointment”
Pros
The EHR templates for charting are really well designed and look polished. There's also the option to build your own custom templates although the built-in ones are usually more than enough. On top of that, the scheduling side of the EHR is simple to work with and it lets you quickly create a patient profile on the spot if someone new needs to be scheduled and isn't already in the system.
Cons
Customer support has been one of the most frustrating parts of using this software. The teams handling managed billing, enrollments and marketing don't seem to communicate well with each other at all. There have also been plenty of times when they expect you to do work they should be able to handle themselves with the resources they already have. It often feels like more time is spent chasing down the certified medical biller and coder to get their responsibilities done than actually focusing on patient care.

“Kept charging after cancellation”
Pros
A thorough tutorial was included and that really helped because the overall process was quite complicated and definitely needed that level of guidance.
Cons
Customer service was disappointing. They put me in the wrong subscription plan and then refused to refund the charges. On top of that, submitting a claim took roughly four times longer than it did with the free system I was using before. Even after I cancelled, they kept charging my bank account for two more months and still did not provide a refund.

“budget-friendly pricing”
Pros
The interface is simple to navigate, the initial setup support was helpful and the pricing feels budget-friendly. Being cloud-based is also a big plus.
Cons
Getting someone from customer service on the phone can take too long and when they do answer, it often feels like they're just reading from a script instead of really knowing the system. The features also don't offer much flexibility for customization.

“Extremely supportive team”
Pros
Once you get familiar with where the features are located, the system is very simple to use. The onboarding and training process goes well and the team is very supportive when it comes to setting up clearinghouses, EFTs and ERAs.
Cons
A few additional reports would be useful and the current reporting tools can feel more complicated than necessary.

“Awful technical support”
Pros
At best, the idea behind it sounds promising. If they actually delivered the service they charge for, fixed the ongoing problems and started acting on the repeated improvement requests users have been making for years, there might be something positive to say.
Cons
Technical support has been awful across the board, from the long wait times and miserable hold experience to agents who seem completely unaware of current issues or really any issues, with the product.

“Faster claims and billing flow”
Pros
Getting EOBs before they arrive in the mailbox has been really helpful and electronic billing makes the process much more manageable. Since claims are being paid faster, the overall workflow for the practice has improved too.
Cons
A manual would really help because the system seems to have a lot of features I still don't know how to use. Formal training would also be appreciated so I can get more out of everything it offers.
