Pros
I'm deeply disappointed with the agency's services for web development and patient scheduling applications. Despite their promises and advertisements, they failed to fulfill their commitments. The quality of the web development work was subpar, lacking essential functionalities and design elements we had discussed. Furthermore, the patient scheduling application was left incomplete, leaving us without a crucial tool for our operations. This lack of follow-through and professionalism has caused significant setbacks for our business. Based on my negative experience, I would advise others to approach this agency with caution.
Cons
I experienced nonexistent service from the department. When attempting billing, I was redirected to another department, creating a frustrating loop.

I have found the EHR itself runs smoothly and is simple to navigate but whenever the site has issues there isn't anyone available to assist which is frustrating.
Cons
Customer service has been awful for me. There's literally no one to speak with when the website breaks down and I have been waiting more than a week for them to resolve my site. My online booking suddenly quit working, my profile photo disappeared and my professional title was changed incorrectly for no reason. every day I call and they say there's nobody available to assist and to just wait for an email which is incredibly frustrating.
