The easy patient portal setup and online scheduling attract more patients, while integrated telehealth significantly reduces no-show rates. The mobile app enables productivity from anywhere, anytime. Moreover, its efficient billing system simplifies payment tracking and performance evaluation.

Cons

After using Tera for over three years, I still haven't found anything to dislike about Tebra!

Claims reports are clear and easy to understand.

There are numerous issues with the service, from flawed billing practices to inadequate training and support. Despite promises of weekly check-ins and comprehensive training, only one session occurred, and subsequent attempts to reach out were ignored. Billing errors and lack of communication further exacerbate the problems, with unresolved issues persisting for months. Additionally, the system's functionality is subpar, with frequent lagging and limited reporting capabilities. Overall, the experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating.

Transitioning from Kareo to Tebra presented some challenges, particularly adjusting to the new format and color scheme. Major shortcomings and hidden fees

Pros

Although the design interface and mobile app look amazing, I have run into major shortcomings. There's no automation at all and I find the severe limits on exporting data really worrying. On top of that, I discovered hidden fees and a heavy dependence on manual workflows which make the experience even more frustrating.

Cons

I think the interface is visually appealing but it falls short in terms of functionality because so many features are missing. I am glad they provide a mobile app though which I do appreciate.
