Additionally, the system's functionality is subpar, with frequent lagging and limited reporting capabilities. Overall, the experience has been deeply disappointing and frustrating.

Pros
Although the design interface and mobile app look amazing, I have run into major shortcomings. There's no automation at all and I find the severe limits on exporting data really worrying. On top of that, I discovered hidden fees and a heavy dependence on manual workflows which make the experience even more frustrating.
Cons
I think the interface is visually appealing but it falls short in terms of functionality because so many features are missing. I am glad they provide a mobile app though which I do appreciate.
