“No android app and constant freezes
Pros
It reminds me of using Outlook or Google Calendar. Overall it is a basic EHR that lacks many features.
Cons
I have discovered there's no Android app or any workaround for Android users which is frustrating. I cannot customize forms to include conditional logic questions and the system won't let me add survey items that automatically compute numeric values based on selections the way tools like JotForm do. On top of that android users have no native app support and the patient-facing app frequently freezes or gets locked, making setup confusing for patients.

The staff's support throughout initial setup, ongoing training, addressing billing issues, and managing routine practice operations is exemplary. Customer support is undoubtedly the most crucial aspect of such a program, and they consistently deliver a five-star service.
Cons
The phone app has more issues than I'd like, likely due to challenges in combining desktop features into a mobile app seamlessly.

I liked the product before Tebra took over.
Cons
Multiple issues plague the service. Service tickets remain unresolved, and communication is extremely poor. Tech support closes tickets without a fix, leaving users frustrated. Connectivity issues persist during telemedicine sessions, despite solid internet connections. Unlike under Kareo, there are frequent ticket backlogs, and a PR email from the CTO claiming no issues contradicts users' experiences.

Pros
The platform's ease of use is exceptional, making everything easily accessible. A standout feature is the option to e-fax records directly from the platform, eliminating the need for additional steps or platforms.
Cons
The functionality is a major letdown. Almost every day, it lags terribly, and pages take forever to load. For a while, it even kicked us out of our account, and we couldn't log back in. Also, there's no option to add your card on the site; you have to call customer service. Speaking of which, everyone I've dealt with at customer service has been rude and condescending.
