“Easy and user-friendly tool

Pros

the biggest advantage is how easy it is to use, compared with many products I've tried on the market, this tool feels much more user-friendly, with simpler, consistent forms that look and behave similarly across almost every module.

Cons

Data import features aren't very clear yet and I think the ecosystem would benefit from stronger documentation along with more service providers and vendors.

What I appreciate most is that it's supported by a strong community and foundation and it really is open-source, I find it simple to use, very budget-friendly and feasible to customize.

As a user, I appreciate the flexibility and modern design, this app keeps getting better and I've noticed the list of features expanding quickly to include even non-traditional sectors like agriculture, education and medical practices such as hospitals, the overall scope really feels that broad.

Progress is noticeable, yet I believe the community could contribute more code to strengthen the Frappe framework and improve existing features.

Love how convenient it is and that I can customize things without writing code, the report builder is feasible, it offers excellent value for the price, has an attractive design and performs smoothly across all my devices.
