“Strong reporting capabilities”
Pros
Getting this visitor management system up and running took under three hours and deploying it with QR code scanning was very easy. The kiosk setup was also fairly simple to follow though I did get some help from the support team during implementation. One thing I really appreciated was how closely customer support looked into our organization's specific requirements especially around confidentiality and worked with us to build a customized trigger notification setup that ended up saving a lot of time. I've rolled out this software for five different companies across very different industries, including pharmaceuticals and medical facilities so I feel very confident about the way the data is managed. The standout feature for me is the dashboard, where you can quickly get a summary of risks or areas that need review and the reporting tools make it easy to pull records if an issue ever comes up. I haven't used the onboarding feature myself but I do appreciate that it's available for handling NDAs, important training and pre arrival compliance tasks.
Cons
There were times when I supported contractors working with the Federal government and assumed I could recommend this for onboarding but the platform was not approved for certain projects. Pricing is also on the higher side if all you need is a basic visitor management tool. Because this app is so focused on compliance and security, it really serves a more specialized audience and I wouldn't suggest it for smaller businesses unless that level of compliance is required by regulation or by client expectations.

“valuable site alerts”
Pros
One of the biggest benefits was how convenient and automated the system felt. It notified me whenever people were on site and that was incredibly useful for keeping an accurate fire register.
Cons
It tends to drain everyone's phones quite a bit and staff were understandably unhappy when their batteries kept running flat.
