Pros
Everything I need is kept in one user-friendly platform which makes managing my data much more convenient. Whenever I need help or something needs clarifying the support team responds quickly and gets it sorted out.
Cons
The project image gallery is really the only part where I can see some room for improvement. Even so, whenever I mention it to the support team they listen to the feedback and keep making updates.

I'm still getting familiar with the system but one thing I can already say is that the connection between the office and the technicians works really well.
Cons
Great tool but it hasn't felt as user-friendly as I expected although a lot of that is probably because I'm still learning how everything works.

Their team has been incredibly patient while helping us work through the price book transfer. Anytime we had trouble signing in or ran into another issue, she responded quickly and got it sorted out. We are not very computer savvy so that level of patience and support has meant a lot to us.
Cons
Nothing specific has come up so far. We are still getting used to the new procedures and learning how everything works.
